Product never arrived, said it wasnt collected
Ordered a product they said would be delivered 1-3 days. The tracking number with Instabox was never active, I checked every day. After 4 days I contacted support to see where the product was.
They said "The product was never collected so has been sent back, a refund will be processed in 14 days thank you"
There's no possible way they even sent the product and I'm now very curious if they'll actually refund me.
This was my first order with Zalando, and I was even skeptical at first but for sure will never, ever use them again and will ensure noone I knows will either.
Thieves
Always more expensive than other companies and websites. Compare their prices with other companies for the exact same product and you’ll save some money. They’d say 45% off with a price of 850 kr while the price is at 500 kr at another website without any discount.

Horrible customer service
Wanted to buy some shoes and tried to apply the coupon code I received from Zalando. Since there was an affirmed technical error on their side the code did not work.
Contacting the customer service to solve the case was a huge disappointment since the interest of solving the case was non-existent. Instead the customer service tried to disconnect as soon as possible at each occasion contacting them.
As long as everything works it is okay to shop from Zalando. However, when things are deviating it is a nightmare having things solved.
Not paying back money after approved claim
Made reclamation of the product, claim was approved and I was promised money back. Now one month later and numerous e-mails and calls to their customer service I still have not got my money back and they can´t say when I will get them. Already 2 times they said they paid back but apparently not, as I have not received the money. So they are lying too. Disaster!
Horrible experience with them
Horrible experience with them. I ordered two items, they sent the wrong size. Now I’m having to go through the trouble of returning the item to them, while the original size I ordered got sold out. Their response: well that sucks for you, nothing we can do.
They had the audacity to explain to me that I can press the bell notifications for if my size becomes available again. As if 1 I didn’t know that’s an option, 2 I messed up ordering my size, 3 they are a platform if every use again.

I never received my order. It was damaged in transport, and the transport company sent it back, but my money was never refunded. When I tried to contact Zalando to ask about the refund, they asked me to wait up to 14 days until the order returned to the warehouse, and it was treated as a returned order. But it was never a returned order in the first place. I never even received the package. And my refund was never paid. It has been more than a month.
Definitely the last time I bought something from them. And you should do the same. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

I ordered and payed for a jacket on Sunday that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday.
Tuesday came and I received nothing. I could see from my Postnord app that the product wasn't even shipped.
I contacted them and explained quite detailed the whole situation and the response they gave me was "wait 3 more days and if nothing happens contact us again", super professional customer service...
Of course nothing happened as I already new there was something wrong with my package and their response 2 days later was to inform that there was something wrong with my package, go figure.
They told me to wait and 3 days later they suddenly swished me back my money and "apologized for the inconvenience".
I asked for any sort of compensation such a discount on my next purchase and they couldn't even do that for me.

Ordered two 4 items. One was the wrong item the other one could not be delivered since they didn’t give an adress or phone number too the delivery company. The delivery company urged me to call them to correct the mistake which they couldn’t do. First and last time I order from them.

I ordered a weekender bag on April 10 that was never sent. I went to their customer service on 3 occasions since April and they said they would cancel the order and send an email, newsflash no email came and now I have to pay a Faktura for something I never received just so that I avoid late fees and payment remarks. That means now I will be chasing a refund for God knows how long. The thing with Zarlando is that it's sooo difficult to navigate through your payments. You can't access how to pay in the app on mobile, instead you need to go to the website to make a payment, and it's not even a smooth process because you have to fill in everything manually. (How have you not updated this function?) It says that paper invoices are also an option, but why would that even be considered when there are digital solutions available? Furthermore, I never receive the invoices from you, so it's super easy to forget about the payments when there are no reminders either. You have an incredibly great range of products, but your payment system is worthless; you must be making a fortune from people forgetting to pay.

Second hand clothes
Me and my wife did buy two pairs of Levi jeans.
Mine were fine, maybe because I am male and we don't return clothes, but hers were definetly second hand, but sold as new. They were broken in the seams at the ancles and the buttons so someone had definetly wore them before she got them. For reference we had just been to the Levi physical stores and if the jeans we baught from Zalando were really brand new like in the official Levi store they would be flawless but these looked terrible.

Placed an order for a women’s sweater from Zolando Sweden , received it and instead received a pair of mittens from the north face for men. Placed a return in January and returned it but it still says the the return has been established but nothing more has happened . Have since then done another return on a jacket and received a refund for the jacket but not yet the sweater. Quite disappointed as have placed many orders with Zolando.

I knew the website by name before, and thought it was a big safe website. So I was surprised to see the very bad trustpilot review and got stressed after ordering.
But I received my order fast as estimated by the website and I even had to send the item back as the sizes ordered wasn’t good for me. Easy to send back the item, and got reimbursed some days after sending the item back.
Everything went smooth and well for me !
