I decided to buy my son some last minute birthday gifts, paid for expedited shipping & for a notification they were delivered. I went outside & they weren’t there. I looked at the images included with delivery & they weren’t of my home, driveway or that of anyone around me. The delivery address on the shipping confirmation only said my city, the photos were taken from inside someone’s gate.
Of course I immediately reported it to Amazon who they used as a shipper & them. They said there was nothing they could do, fill out two forms & write back in 48hrs if they didn’t show up. I did just that & resubmitted my forms.
June 3 I got a refund, but only for one item. I wrote them asking where the rest of the refund is. They said it would arrive in 2 days. June 5th I was then told after they sent me 12 return slips that I had to resubmit the form. So I did.
Today, June 17th I got passed around & hung up on by 6 reps & eventually was told to resubmit the form for a third time. The email address to resubmit to doesn’t accept emails.
In short never buy from this company. Their entire customer service team needs to be fired.

First timer, brought trainers that were out of stock everywhere else. Despite no confirmation email (I had to check directly on the website but tracking wasn’t working) and a 6 day delivery lead time, they did arrive perfectly. Sounds like I was very lucky!
Reliable website
I ordered for many many years from this website and never had a problem, I always buy extra sizes to try and I could send the wrong sizes back with no trouble at all. I was quite shocked to see all these negative reviews, hopefully I'll keep having a good experience with them.

The worst customer care service and the weakest organization I have ever seen. It has happened many times that I have ordered many items on Zalando, and they never delivered my orders! In the end, they said the package is lost! I never recommend this website because it is not guaranteed that you receive your order; that's why most items on Zalando are discounted!

The worst customer service ever experienced. The last 3 orders all had problems. But when you talk to customer service they just say 'sorry' and say they can't help. Then they simply close the chat/hang up. Definitely do not order from them, you will only have problems.

After 4.5 years of shopping with Zalando, I’ve decided to stop. If there’s ever a problem, customer service shows no interest in helping. They claimed my order was delivered, but without any proof, while I have camera footage proving it wasn’t. I paid for something I never received. Despite calling and emailing multiple times, no one solved the issue or even showed any intention to help. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of other online shopping platforms, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience. I order three items, two of them they sent in wrong size (two sizes too big). Only plain automatic replies from their customer service, zero compensation even though it was their own mistake. They only accept returns, no exchanges, and the prices had already changed and the products ran out of stock. I have zero trust in them + they use Poste Italiane for returns, zero trust in that service either, so I'm too scared to send the items back if I lose all the money. Need to find a good tailor and really hope they can fix it. Will never buy again from Zalando.

Having had all the negative experiences ...packages not arriving after weeks of waiting...being charged for try now pay later without having even having received goods...returns not being picked up..falling for the I am sorry package is late discount and buying again and still waiting!!! What to do!!!??? Obviously I will not be shopping there again but dammit, should I keep hoping my last package arrives??. If not cannot cancel because it is shipped already but then have to wait in vain..and then have to waste time with customer services to get a refund when they eventually tell me my package is lost. I think that you should be more fast restocking things cuz its like weeks im waiting for the pull&bear hooded quilted winter jacket, like that’s not possible, i understand if its the main pull&bear factory problem but palese stock it as sono as possible (XS/S)

I had an order to return to Zalando and that's where it all went wrong. The link they sent me to generate the return QR took me to my account, which had no record of an order. The problem is that after that there is no way to contact this company. All emails are returned as not monitored, with a donotreply email address. There is no contact information in their help pages. None at all. Do not use, scam company in my opinion.

Do not trust this company. They can block your account without informing you upfront or trying to find a solution. My account was recently blocked, without any notification. I did nothing wrong but they simply reply due to security reasons! So you loose track of all your orders, returns, etc. And with your email adress you can’t create new account! And zero support from their customer service team! What a joke! be aware and don’t trust this company!!!

I made two purchases on Zalando, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. One of the items arrived in the wrong size and color. I returned it immediately, but I never received a refund. Additionally, my other payments were processed, but the items never arrived, even after a month of waiting.
I did not expect this from Zalando, and it has been frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.
What can I do?
On 25 August I ordered 2 garments from Zalando Italy to be delivered to my home address in Italy. Zalando said they would send them to my address and banked the money on 27 August. They gave me a delivery date of 2 September. I was at home all day but they never came. Later Zalando messaged me to say their courier UPS could not deliver to my address so had left parcel at pick up point to be collected before 6 September or parcel would be returned. I was unable to pick up. Now Zalando tell me that the parcel would not be returned to them but to Massimo Dutti (the manufacturer of the articles). They cant deliver the items nor will they return my money. I have filled in a form giving them order number and tracking number. Not sure what else I can do except warn everyone else to stay clear of Zalando - and maybe UPS and Massimo Dutti too!

I bought two items, when the parcel arrived (unfortunately my mum picked it up from the courier) it was ripped off and one item was missing together with the return slip...
I packed the parcel left because in bad state, and organised a return wrote a letter explaining the items was missing if I could get refund, but not refund for me
On the app when I try to report the item missing nothing happen seems like there is a bug ...no way to contact customer services...
So I lost €40
