Never had a problem with them and ordered many times over past couple of years.
Great items, amazing deals and the quality is higher than any physical shops around you.
Refunds are made very easy for customers, the courrier picks it up the next day for no additional fee, just amazing! They are very quick to refund your money too, I’m very happy with this site!

I PLACED 2 ORDERS, ONE WAS TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE XMASS AND THE OTHER JUST AFTER XMASS,NONE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO DATE! I AM IN SPAIN AND ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEM TO DO IS GIVE ME A DISCOUNT VOUCHER AND TELL ME THEY WILL CONTACT PUNTO CELERITAS BUT NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME USING ZALANDO THAT I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ORDERING IT.I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND SO FREAKIN FRUSTRATED!PREVIOUSLY THEY USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DELIVER AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ENVIALIA,NOW IM JUST FREAKIN FRUSTRATED!
