If I could give 10 stars I would! I have purchased my extensions several times from zala and I am always extremely happy. Customer service is 10/10 and they always reply to enquiries. I have used everything from the halo to the tape ins for 3 years and they are still of incredible quality! Best extensions I’ve ever bought!

I have had multiple issues with zala, and I have finally had enough. I have bought probably 10+ weft sets in the last year or so, and every time I pay for 2 day shipping it gets here exactly 7 days later. I have taken this complaint to them just to be brushed off by their support team, and this seems to be an ongoing issue. They issued me a $20 coupon for my next order because of the “hassle”. This time around i selected 3-4 day shipping and it’s been 2 weeks. I can say I’ve been nothing less than a loyal customer and I was YET AGAIN brushed off by support saying “oh well it’s in transit and we can’t do anything about it sorry” taking 0 responsibility. That was it for me, I will be going back to Bellami because at least they care about business. This was absolutely ridiculous. If you need your hair for a specific time frame, give up. Don’t even try. Support team could care less. Stop putting “estimates” on your shipping selections if you can’t even hold up to them. And support tried to say it was USPS. I selected DHL LMAOOOO. So they f’d that up too. They failed to ship it for like 4 days, and said that it could come 24-48 hours after estimated date. Ok but 10 days??? Get it together dude. Y’all suck. I’m done.

Best Hair Extensions! I’ve been ordering from this company for 3 years now and have no been disappointed. Great customer service, great quality hair and my favorite hair extensions ever. Matches my hair perfectly, perfect texture and length. Curls wonderfully. Would recommend!

Love my extensions. They are long and thick. Make me feel so much prettier. The shipping was lengthy so if you need fast maybe pay extra. Other than that I love

I bought two of the same Halo extensions on October 25 each for $249.99. Both in the color Sunkissed Highlights in 24in. Order #US220404151. It came with FREE SHIPPING as the order was over $99. Upon opening the package received on November 1st, I discovered that I only received one Halo extension, instead of 2.

I immediately contacted customer service via live chat since they do not have phone customer service. They informed me that they would get back to me via email.

On November 10th, they emailed me saying that I have to lodge a claim with USPS regarding the missing item.

I went ahead and tried to do the claim with USPS via online and also via telephone. USPS informed me that since the package was not insured by the shipper then it was not eligible for a claim. The company gave me free shipping automatically as part of my order over $99 and I did not have an option to package insurance They did not insure it.

I informed this information to customer service and to my surprise I received no further help nor a refund for the missing item. Instead, I got offered 50% off for a future order which is absolutely absurd seeing as they have not fulfilled my original order yet kept the full amount that I paid for and yet I've only got half the order sent to me. So, they offered me another Halo hair extensions for only 50% of the costs which I denied as I should not have to pay for a mistake that I did not commit. I felt like they are trying to pull a fast one on me. I never received part of the goods that I paid for FULLY. I have already stated that USPS won't let me do a claim online or via phone since the package shipped was not insured. I understand mistakes happen and I have been very patient and cooperated with them in every way. I am so disappointed that I have had such a horrible first experience with this company and feel it is very unfair that they robbed me of my money from a simple mistake they made. I am disappointed and frustrated that they refused to make this simple error right.

These extensions used to be my go to, they were thick from root to ends and they felt great. Now they’re super thin and doubt they’ll achieve the same look they used to for me. Super disappointed in this quality change as the extensions match my hair perfect, it’s just NOT enough hair. Super sad. I can also see, after further playing with the extensions, that they continue to mix in very obvious plastic hairs throughout the tracts, usually big black wirey ones that melt with any heat. I know they always say to “curl your hair so it blends better” but you should be able to wear extensions straight with 0 issues, this just shows how thin the extensions are. I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere for extensions as their quality has greatly diminished over the years. I also purchased more expensive shipping so that a signature was required (I’ve had packages stolen before) and then they shipped through USPS without a signature?¿?

Knots Galore
NOT 100% human hair

I purchased online after emailing the colour matching team. I literally emailed them on a Sunday afternoon and got a response back 10 mins later, so really happy so far. I followed their instructions and ordered my clip in pony tail, I got the 100% human hair option, 16 inches. Matches perfectly and really good condition. I’m really happy with the quality, and the care kit inside my package. I am still getting used to clipping it in, but they have lots of how to videos so I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. Highly highly recommend!

First time purchasing and was quite sceptical of what the quality would be like, however, I am quite impressed. Hair is thick and smooth and comes with a care kit. Can't wait to use it!
