I am not based in Greece, so I have ordered online from Zafpens a couple of times, and the experience has been perfect. Very fast delivery (1 working day from Greece to Italy) and great attention to detail. The products arrived in very cute (and safe) packages, hand-wrapped (!) with beautiful paper. It's clear how much love and passion they put into their work, both for the customer and for the fine instruments they sell. Wow!

Compared to other online stores I've browsed, Zafpens prices are generally lower, so I decided to try them. The transaction went very smoothly, with the staff answering inquiries rather swiftly. Upon receipt of the order, you could clearly see the care they have by adding personalized touches like giftwrapping, notes, and free items.

Nice range, fast delivery

I ordered a namiki fountain pen. I live in Canada. I was not sure what to expect, as I had never ordered from here. Thankfully, I had nothing to worry about! After I placed my order, I recieved an email that told me the day they would ship my namiki, as well as the courier they were sending it by.

When it arrived, it was beautifully packaged. They had wrapped it in wrapping paper, and on the top was a hand written note. There is nothing I appreciate more than a hand written note with an order. It is a small action, but it shows that you were worth someone's time to take a little extra step to write a little note.

The order also contained ink, and it was packaged well enough that the bottle did not explode on its way from Greece to Canada, where it is currently snowing.

I could not be happier with my experience with Zaf Pens and would highly recommend them even if you are ordering out of country!
