Our office internet isn’t always great but calls rarely drop. I’ve tested a few competitors before and Zadarma’s stability is definitely better. The audio is crisp even when video conferencing. I also like that I can switch from desktop to mobile mid-call seamless handover. That’s a big plus when traveling.

I had been a loyal Zadarma customer for over five years, and unfortunately, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse this past year. Without any reasonable explanation, the company disabled my ability to connect new numbers, claiming restrictions related to Russia, North Korea, and other sanctioned regions. This makes absolutely no sense, as I live in the United States and have no connection whatsoever to those territories.
What makes the situation even more unacceptable is that I had already paid $500 for a yearly service plan. Despite this, Ladarma provided no practical solution, no clear justification, and no respect for long-standing customers. Their actions feel careless at best and misleading at worst.
My advice is simple: be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. Their policies are inconsistent, their communication is unclear, and their customer support fails to address real issues.

We get dozens of voicemails every day and reading them as text is a small but powerful feature. It helps me sort urgent messages fast when I’m in meetings. Accuracy isn’t perfect but good enough to understand the key point. I wish more VoIP providers had this built in. I can’t imagine going back to manual listening anymore.

Half of our team works from home and this system makes coordination much easier. I like that everyone can use their own devices yet still appear under the same company number. The voice quality is consistent even over 4G. There was a bit of a learning curve at first but once configured it’s smooth sailing. Definitely a smart choice for hybrid teams

I had a very disappointing experience with Zadarma’s verification process. I tried multiple times to verify my account using my Kenyan National ID, which is the only government-issued identification I currently have. However, the system rejected it repeatedly, and support insisted that a passport is the only acceptable document.
I even offered to provide additional verification documents such as my Tax ID or Birth Certificate, but they refused to consider any alternatives. The support team simply told me that if I don’t have a passport, my order would need to be canceled.
It’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating that Zadarma has zero flexibility for users without passports, especially when many telecom providers accept national IDs for verification. Their rigid approach and lack of practical solutions made the experience poor and unnecessarily stressful. I cannot recommend Zadarma to anyone who does not have a passport, as their verification system is limited and not user-friendly.

Extremely inconvenient service, customer care, or uncare, and respect.
I made an order of business line for my startup, and selected a special number.
To set up the phone number and make it functional, they asked for a bill of utility for the business, which is a brand-new business.
I told them we have subscribed to a utility and are waiting to receive the bill, which will be provided once it's received shortly, since it's a startup.
For no reason, without any confirmation, they cancelled my plan and banned my account from gaining numbers.
They wanted to regain the special number I selected, and so they have no care for anyone who wants to use their service.
It's really inadvisable to use this platform.
Take care of your matter and don't get their service.
I imagine how difficult to deal with them; moreover, if you have a business number that your clients used to contact you on, Zadarma can cancel it at any time and ruin your business !!!
