No Payment Links
I’ve had a somewhat confusing experience so far, mainly regarding the ordering and payment process. My first order used the “Get a Payment Link” option, but no payment link or follow-up ever arrived after the order confirmation.
Since then, the situation unfortunately escalated. Out of four orders, three were canceled due to no payment link or stock issues, and one has been left in limbo indefinitely. It has now been weeks, with no replies to emails, no payment link, and no updates whatsoever on the remaining order.
What I genuinely cannot understand is how a business can function if orders are either canceled or left unresolved with no clear way for the customer to actually pay.
I don’t view ZAcigars as a bad company in principle, and early replies were polite, but the ordering and payment system has been completely unreliable in my experience. As a result, I’ve decided to keep spending my $$$ with a different company.
