Such a seamless service. I've been using YunoJuno for a few years now and it is fantastic. Very easy to use. Always a seamless experience that makes my life so much easier. Very efficient service

I've been on the YunoJuno platform for a while. Never had call to deal with the staff directly before, until now. Have to say, Sara, who handled my issue dealt with it very very quickly and updated me every step of the way. Very impressive customer service.

Wouldn't Use Any Other Freelance Portal
I've been using YunoJuno since the days before they even had a "Film & Motion" category. I've only ever used one other freelancer portal since & now actively try to avoid all others.
YunoJuno definitely seem to have a good thing going on - their ethos, their attention to helping out the freelancers that use their platform, the friendly & casual staff, the timesheet process couldn't be simpler & getting paid within 14 days of invoice; BONUS!!

Great support when I got stuck
I was in the middle of writing a reference for a fellow freelancer and hit a bit of a roadblock with the process. I reached out to the support team, and they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It’s rare to get such a human response from a tech platform these days. They sorted my issue out immediately so I could get the reference posted without any more hassle. Really appreciate the help!
