Good communication despite cancellation

[Update] We have now received contact from Guillermo from the quality team and our refund is being processed. Despite the waiting time, I’m glad there was still someone there to help. Thanks Guillermo.

We made a booking for horse riding, however, we were informed by the owner that they cancelled the activity. They told us to contact Yumping to get refund but after several emails to the company, we have not heard back or received any email regards to our cancellation and refund. Despite saying they will come back within 24h it been already 4 days and NOTHING.
Very disappointed with their customer service!

SCAM

SCAM! We booked two pony baptism in Fréjus on August 4th. On this day our children would get to spend time and ride poneys, which they were very much looking forward to. The owner of the Equestrian Centre told us that she does not do business with Yumping and did not have any poneys available for such an experience. We had two very dissapointed children and after several emails to Yumping still do not have our money back. The baptism is still offered on the Yumping website!

REFUNDING THANKS TO MARIA PAJE

After some e-mails forth and back we got reimbursed for cancellation of kayak tour in Spain.
We had lost our hopes because last year a similiar case occurred and we never heard back from several inquiries.
But Maria Paje from Yumping Sales has spend a lot of effort to ensure a fair treatment and reimbursement for this years cancellation and a voucher for 2022.

terrible services,

I pay 2 scuba diving certification a month ago, days before the course they cancel and they offer help me to fix the problem, They leave me waiting more than an hour. I grab my other phone and i call them and after i reallyh get anger they start trying to fix it. Their solution was charge me the double for the same package. Please never use this services. I have emails and confirmations in case somebody needsa proves.

I wanna make an amend, i get my money back and one of the directors calls me to explain the situation. Ill try their service one more time in the future just because the director really care about this situation. as an owner of a business i understand her but i still have a very bad experience.

I booked an activity

I booked an activity, but because I couldnt make any contact with the company about any date for the activity I lost my money.
The yumping site didnt help for me fix this problem...
I didnt get any respons for my emails...

A wonderful realisation of a long held ambition.

We were contacted one day before our flight to say that an electrical storm was forecast and the event was postponed. While we were a little disappointed we were reassured that Glovento was cautious and alert to dangers.

The flight was rescheduled for the following Wednesday. We had an early morning start and the directions for our rdv point were perfect. The team arrived exactly when they said they would. We were greeted warmly. We were then able to help in inflating the balloon. Miguel the pilot, gave clear directions and safety advice and then the moment of truth arrived.

Once we were off the ground, all worries slipped away and we enjoyed a bucolic panarama as we floated above Guadix. We were gently directed by breeze and the skill of Miguel.

Our landing was as soft as a marsh mellow. The balloon was packed away in a rapid, efficient manner and then we headed off to a restaurant in an old olive mill, for a slap-up breakfast.

It was one of those wonderful life experiences that will live with us for the rest of our lives. Many thanks to all concerned;

Best birthday experience!

I had an amazing experience because the instructor explained everything well and was very kind and friendly. He was so professional that I could enjoy every part of the jump. I loved that the company was very communicative with me and I was informed about everything I needed to know before, during and after the jump.

A great experience made easy

Very easy to make arrangements and transact, making the final experience very worthwhile. And there was a cash-back award incentive too that I wasn't aware of at the start. Thanks Yumping! 🙏

Yumping do not have our permission to sell our sailing experiences

As a small business owner, I repeatedly asked Yumping to remove our sailing experience product from their website in 2021 and in 2022. Today (2023) I received another phone call from another disappointed customer who has paid them for a sailing experience only to find there isn't one for him.

We do not deal with Yumping. They make no contact with us regarding potential bookings. They certainly do not pay us. They are not responding to our requests to remove the product from their website.

Please contact our business directly for a good quality sailing experience. Thanks.

This company is a scam

This is a scam. The company doesn’t exist, doesn’t have any partnership with the suppliers they promote. They steal information and pictures from their sites.
I’ve emailed them 3 times on their site in the last week with no answer whatsoever.
UPDATE:
After 3 weeks of emails and calls. I actually got a refund when I threatened to take legal action against the company. Complete waste of energy and time when they could have proceeded to refund right away instead of putting it off.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend the company even after the refund and I hope these reviews help other people from getting potentially scammed.
I still find it necessary to report them to the authorities as for sure their operations are not in order.

Yumping are selling activities that my…

Yumping are selling activities that my company supply, the deal was they would ask for availability first, not once have they asked and we have to let their customer down and Yumping have to refund the buyer... They ignore our emails, we phone them and they tell us someone will phone us back and they never do... DO NOT USE YUMPING!

Smooth cancellation

I had booked a hot air ballon ride for my vacation. Unfortunately the wind conditions were not fit for flying at any time during my stay, so it was fully cancelled. Customer support were super helpful and answered right away. A couple of days later I had all my money back.

Shady practices, you might get a refund, but it takes time and effort

2nd Update 22nd of September:
Yumping now claims in their response that the experience can actually be booked, but the company supposedly offering it explained to me that they do not work with yumping anymore for about a year and that they do not offer this experience anymore at all.
I don't know who is lying, but I can safely say that the weather was fine the whole time we were there, so that can definitely not be it and I was also not offered to do the experience on another day which would actually have been fine with me.

UPDATE 22nd of September:
After I have written my original review below calling them out, I have now received a full refund with an apology. So, all is good that ends well? Not quite.
1.) It still took over a month and a lot of effort to get my money back when I shouldn't even have been able to book the experience in the first place (and that is yumping's fault to 100%)
2.) I doubt that I would have received a refund without writing a bad review here, which is alarming
3.) As of this moment in which I'm writing this review you could still book the same experience
4.) What really grinds my gears: it also says that it was last booked 40 days ago (which was me), so I actually do serve as a kind of testimonial that this experience exists and is available even though that is not the case. Since they actually reacted previously I would assume they should have had enough time by now to delete this experience from their website.

So all in all, I would still not advise to use yumping and will never do so myself as I have personally experienced their practices to be on the verge of scam. It seems that people can have nice experiences with them, but I wouldn't take that risk again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Like other people, I have booked an activity with yumping, that doesn't exist. The company is quick to get your money, then simply says, here is a voucher, now you do the work and contact the company on your own to figure out the details. When I did just that, the company supposedly offering the activity called me back and told me that they hadn't worked with yumping for over a year.
So I started messaging them, first I got no response at all, after the second one, I actually received a phone call where a nice person told me not to worry (although suggesting that yumping had terminated the co-operation because there was supposed to be a problem with the other company - as if!), he will take action and I will receive my money back by the end of the next week. This was now over three weeks ago. Still no money, no further response.

Maybe a bad review telling everybody to not support their scam scheme by booking activities through them will actually catch their attention?

It goes without saying how sorry we are for what happened and the delay in resolving your case, the postcovid claim was the biggest in history, we dealt with the issues as quickly as we could, and the company did not appear before us about what happened. Of course the refund has not depended in any case on the publication of the review, we have made the refund because you did not do the activity, the usual protocol in these cases, and what corresponds to the protection that you have from us once you book with us.

Regarding the offer, it is active on the platform because it is carried out, provided that the weather conditions are appropriate for safety reasons. We have already spoken to the company responsible and they have explained to us that this was the reason why you did not do the activity.

SCAM

SCAM, DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

I booked a wakeboarding activity through this site, but when I arrived at the location (Puerto Colon, Tenerife), there was no one there.

When I asked around to other organisations in the port who organise watersport activities, no one recognised the activity I booked, which is very odd. When calling the Yumping phone number, no one picked up. I was 'first in line' for a very long time, but obvously there was no one to pick up the phone in the first place. After reading the reviews of this company, I'm clearly not alone in this experience, which makes me to believe they are a complete SCAM.

I kindly ask you to refund this activity, or you force me to take legal action against this company.

Phone number unavailable for anything

Calls to customer service number during to 2h were not attended. On the website there are 2 different phone numbers, with the same deceiving result.
As I read across other reviews, this is unacceptable and shows a lack of organisation and ressources.
Cannot recommend this platform.
