I purchased a Yummly Smart Thermometer…
I purchased a Yummly Smart Thermometer on 12/07/2022. This thermometer was a pain from day one. It is supposed to link to an app and it never was consistant; therefore, I only used it twice. On 03/11/2025, I pulled it out of my kitchen drawer (still had all the packaging and it looked like new because I literally used it twice). When I went to the app, I found the following on-line.....As of December 18, 2024 the Yummly® Smart Thermometer app will no longer be functional. This change is part of Yummly's transition to permanently shut down its website and mobile apps.

for assistance and learn about available options. Please be prepared to have your thermometer's purchase receipt and details when you reach out. I called the CS number and also discovered that Yummly is owned by 'Whirlpool'. I was told by the Whirlpool CS Rep that they would send me a Visa card for $25. I paid $77.94 for this worthless piece of junk! Today is 03/23/25 and I have still not received the $25 Visa card! UPDATE: Finally received the $25 gift card on 03/31/25, for a thermometer that is no longer supported by Yummly because they shut down the app and that I paid $77.94 for! Never again!
