AI Makes it Rice - I owner a Cuckoo when I was stationed in South Korea. I was sceptic of Yumasia but now I'm converted. The step up from normal fuzzy logic to their AI driven cooking is pretty awesome. The Yumami in particular is a simple wow that makes rice like I've never tasted before. Bubbly, bouncy, light, fluffy, slightly sweet flavourful yumminess.

A whole New World of Rice - I have learned a lot from helpful Pan and Louise at Yum Asia. Without even buying their products it's been a great experience so far learning about rice and rice cookers. Planning to buy one very soon.

I'm Greedier Than A Panda - Love love love love love their Tsuki rice cooker. The greedy panda cookbook is an absolute essential for anyone owning a rice cooker. It's absolutely chocked full of surprisingly good and versatile recipes that impress.

Support all the way - Having good products is only part of the reason Yum Asia are the best. Having good customer service after the sale is equally, if not more, important. We had a few issues trying to understand Kumo's Yumcarb function but Louise explained everything to me and it suddenly made perfect sense. Now we have excellent healthy rice.

My husband and I searched high streets for a good rice cooker but found limited options. Buying Sakura was a bit of a gamble, but the YumAsia YouTube videos guided us. Now, we proudly use Sakura for perfect rice every day.

I needed a replacement for my ceramic pot, as part of a rice cooker.
Price was fine, delivery was quick.
I don't really understand why I had to create a request, instead of being able to directly purchase the product but I got what I wanted in the end so fine.

Pros: Quick delivery, good quality of cooked rice with the rice cooker.
Cons: I found a screw at the bottom of the box, coming from the underside of the rice cooker. The screw thread is bent. This does not interfere with the operation of the unit. I informed them of this problem by e-mail (no telephone number on their website). I was asked where the screw came from, even though I had sent explicit photos, and I haven't heard anything since. Any answer un spam box

Cheaper than Amazon - Why did I buy on Amazon? I'm kicking myself. Not only is the cooker cheaper on Yum Asia but I could have bought my rice cheaper there too. Keep up the fight Yum Asia!

Tricky Delivery But Worth The Wait - Took more than 7 days to arrive to my address when it whould have only taken a couple of days. Probably my fault as I was on out of country when I rdered but the delivery company was not very helpful in trying to redeliver my package so I had to go to the collection point to pick it up! However, It's a brilliant product and I'm happy I waited for it.

Gold Star Rice Cookers - Over the past 7 years we have had two of their cookers. The first was a Panda which we eventually outgrew as our children got into rice more. The second is a Bamboo which was been an absolute delight to use.

Screaming At Myself For Not Getting It Sooner - Im a useless cook. I don't like many things to eat but I do delight in eating good quality rise. Sakura cooker helps me do that so that Im not scraping burnt rise of my saucepan anymore.

What kind of company refuses your request for spare parts? Can't even order new bowls without them refusing. Absolutely pathetic company.

I had originally came to Yum Asia to buy Zojirushi but the Yum Asia Panda caught my eye and was 150 euro less than the Zojirushi for more features and safer materials (Steel and ceramic versus sumiflon and aluminium). So it was a no brainer. For our family it's 10/10 all the way and I haven't once regretted not buying the Zojirushi

Beautiful rice cooked in the latest rice cookers with friendly helpful after sales service and even an informative recipe website full of creative ideas. What is not to like about Yum Asia?

My rice and rice cooks arrived in 2 days. Nicely packaged and updated with tracking all the way.

We love this rice cooker because it cooks rice perfectly every time. As a diabetic, the low-carb function is great for my health. We use it daily, and it always gives good results.

I after various emails on a faulty rice cooker I have received from yum asia I still did not get a response. Very bad customer service.
