Moving on

Moving on, every couple of days, Trustpilot advises me that Yukon have requested more details or my review will be deleted.
I categorically deny this, someone is lying, l have all the emails exchanged, and the rest is on here, where Martin stated he would replace. LIAR !!
I have asked Martin, who has gone silent since I backed him into a corner over Yukon Designs appalling workmanship and his flippant attitude to the whole episode, what further details he requires, and he doesn't respond.
He has had clear photographs and explanations he requested, plus more I volunteered.
So Trustpilot, are Yukon asking, or is there collusion to manufacture reasons to delete my reviews, coupled with some glowing 'positive' reviews from others appearing, gushing over the quality and craftsmanship - the complete opposite of what I received
Thre is something shady afoot here methinks, as I have left 1 star reviews several times for Trustpilot and they also dont respond, so where is the trust ??

Love the items I received

Love the items I received. I ordered wooden a man and a dog and a keyring with tools for a friend who is carpenter and he loved his present!
Very well made of quality wood.
I don't understand why others gave negative reviews here.

Latest update to recent/previous…

Latest update to recent/previous encounters with Martin at Yukon Studios.
He has now gone to ground and ceased all communication with me, after I criticised his disgraceful performance over the odd bits of wood glued together I received, and called him/Yukon out for rubbish items sent, poor performance and lies.
Very glib, making me feel he was interested and on the case, but despite clear photographic evidence, and assurances that he would personaly review the situation and flawed items would be replaced, he lied and did nothing, then ceased communicating after inferring I had repaired/modified the items, when all I did was sand the saw marks off every curve, which he was ok with initially, even complimenting me.
He never once mentioned repars/modifications initially, so grasping at straws to vindicate him/Yukon.
He has never commented in the disgraceful odd glued together bits of wood sent.
Also during, and since my initial review, I have had 3 messages from Trustpilot saying that if I didn't supply Yukon with further information asked for, they would delete my review.
I have always co-operated, even sending further photos that I thought relevant, so Trustpilot are liars too.
I asked Martin directly the first time, but he denied any knowledge, and in not so many words, said rigging and fake reviews were not possible, hmmm?....
2 days ago, I asked Martin what this extra information was he required,- result, no response !!
I have even left a 1 * review for Trustpilot on their own website, and reasons why (ironic, eh) but they didn't respond to that, and because of their recent 2 tries at potentially censoring my honest details, there will be more. Until they censor/delete those too ??
Interesting how Trustpilot would know - or think they know, that I had not given further informatrequested by Martin/Yukon, which is a lie anyway.
In between my updates on the shabby items they sent, a positive review is on there, commending the finish.🤔
Coincidence or Collusion to invent a reason to censor/delete me, because they dont like honest scathing reviews? Make up your own minds folks !
Yukon are not the little company striving for quality they would have us believe on their web site, and showing posed photos of items that are nowhere near any qaulity they supposedly 'strive' for. They are owned/part of a much bigger organisation that take your money, do nothing, lie and run.
There is loads of information on the web if you look/Google.
Thanks Martin, you are a real asset to your company, I am not done yet.
DO NOT TRUST YUKON OR TRUSTPILOT !!!!!

The product is beautiful

The product (bought as a present by my wife)
is beautiful.
It arrived on time and the design conveys a very tender emotion. Simple, elegant and truly lovely.

Excellent, friendly service.

I bought three phone holders as Christmas gifts for grandchildren. I am so pleased I did as they were very well received. The service was excellent with friendly communications and great tracking. Very happy.

This is a wonderful company to deal…

This is a wonderful company to deal with. The carvings they produce are fantastic. Have ordered two as birthday gifts which I am sure will be loved. Communication is excellent. The two designs I ordered were delivered when expected and so well packaged, I couldn't fault them.

Wonderful experience

First and foremost, the figures produced by Yukon are fabulous! The craftsman ship is second-to-none - and the designs are absolutely, positively heart-warming. Every time I see one of them in our home, I have no choice but smile. The second reason is that the company also seem dedicated to customer support. There was a slight delay in the delivery of my order, but the communication from Yukon was timely and supportive. And ... personable. Not just a cold, computer generated response. Dealing with Yukon was an absolute pleasure!

Great Gifts & Service

I was delighted to find this design studio and their perfect little wooden gifts! Also, their service person was very polite and responded quickly & accurately to my question. Highly recommended!

This company is great!

There was an initial delay in getting my product to me, but Yukon got right on it and it was received in good order. The product--a belated Christmas gift for my wife that has special meaning for her--touched her deeply. It is well-made and beautiful.

I would order from Yukon again. Wonderful craftsmanship.

Finding lost order

My order from Yukon was delivered by Evri to the wrong address. This was very frustrating but Yukon were quick to respond and sent a replacement. They also took details so they could chase Evri. I was pleased with the product when it finally arrived but more importantly, I was pleased with their customer service. An actual person, not a recorded message!

A new novel idea for the smart phone…

A new novel idea for the smart phone holder, a perfect example of niche marketing. Superbly crafted, well thought out, and the perfect way to combine different local timber for such as the animals' ears or antlers. Well priced (I wanted one for me, but bought a second as a gift for a friend) and delivery was right on scheduled. I see the range has grown, great novelties and very decorative.

Complete lack of customer service

Ordered item late (12/19) so was worried might be late. But as every other vendor strives this time of year to rush things, I took a chance. Well, if I believe the cryptic tracking info, it took 4 days before the item was even shipped. Then the "cost efficient" shipper had it sit for days at a time in various coded locations before being stated as delivered, which it wasn't. Numerous emails to customer support have gone unanswered, and, of course, they have no phone number. Plan on reversing the charges.

A gift that hasn't come

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 10; it is now January 2 and I've still yet to receive it. It appears several others on this sight have had the same issue. I can't in good conscience use this company again. I will ask for a refund, if I can. Very disappointing.

UPDATE TO YUKON DESIGN STUDIO REVIEW ON 12/31/2024

This is an update to a review I did on 12/ 31/24. On that date, I left a negative review about Yukon Design Studio.

I am changing the review because today, January 2, 2025, I received my order by way of the Post Office. It was not delivered as claimed, and as the tracking information indicated, on December 30th.

The items themselves - 4 dog figures - arrived in great condition. I am very satisfied with the items themselves.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had…

Absolute worst experience I've ever had I think I got ripped off I ordered it on December 16th and today is the 30th and still have not received it and just like everybody else says the tracking useless it doesn't even look like USPS even got it yet it's been two three weeks Jesus worst company ever

WTF, where’s my order? Late but delivered!

See update below: Didn’t deliver my 2 items from Yukon Design Studios, no refund. No response to my emails. I’m so disappointed. I had to arrive empty handed to the family holiday gathering.
Update: Quick Follow up. I received a polite apology reply from YDS. My order arrived today, the 28th. All is forgiven.
