Exquisite but simple little carvings…

These exquisite simple little carvings of dog and cat with a man or a woman are very nice indeed. I placed my order not having heard of the company before I discovered it accidentally online. The order was dealt with immediately and full tracking was available at every stage of the journey to the UK until handed to me at my home. It was great that I had no extra charges to pay once they arrived in the UK. The whole process was efficient and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When Amazon made some excuse about not being able to deliver my package one day, an email to Martin was quickly responded to. The two carvings ordered were packed well and the gift pouches I ordered too made them look a really nice present. They are small but perfectly formed. Multum in parvo - much in little. Thank you!

Company not trust worthy

Warning for perspective buyers purchasing from this company. I am not a disgruntled customer, however, this is what happened to me: I purchased three items and paid for them. I received only two of them. I emailed Yukon notifying them I hadn't received the order. They answered back saying that it was shipped and I should have received it. I emailed them telling them I had not received it. Back and forth saying the same thing. The purchase was made the second week of December last year. I demanded a full refund. They ignored my emails and to this day I don't have the item and they have the money I paid them. I have filed a complaint to the DA in my state against them. I am waiting to see the results. I regret doing business with Yukon. Just a heads-up.

Carving is adorable!

I saw an ad for a carving from Yukon Design Studio, and I thought my daughter who has a sweet dog would love it. I got it for her. It is even nicer than the picture in the ad. My daughter was happy to receive it.

Wonderful product and great customer service!

I ordered the statue of a girl with her dog for my daughter's birthday. The product looked so cute online. It did not arrive promptly so I reached out to customer service. They immediately responded and resolved my problem. The product arrived within 2 days! And my daughter loved it! Great quality and fabulous customer service! I would order again.

Yukon was very responsive and sent a replacement. I'm still trying to find out if the hotel sent the original to them. I do appreciate the response from Yukon.

I’m having the same experience of having the item delivered not only to the wrong address but to a hotel I stayed several months ago! Don’t know how they got that address. The hotel says they sent it back. Not the shipping address I provided. Cant get any resolution to the problem since I’ve not received any solution from the company.

Recently ordered a cat & sitting dog

I would would like to update my review to 5 Stars! After a response from Trust pilot, turned out the kitty was not glued on crooked, but was "adjustable". After a simple turn, the kitty is now purrfect. Thank you for an adorable phone stand!
I recently ordered a cat & sitting dog. Both very cute and hold the phone great when working at my desk. Only problem is the cat is glued on "crooked", and it is the one I use for myself. Irritating to look at, glad it's not the one I'm giving as a gift.

Very nice product, helpful customer service, somewhat slow shipping

I ordered a couple of wooden scriptures on a whim after seeing an ad for them. The order to a while to ship so I did have to contact customer service who advised me the delay was due to a large number of orders received during the Christmas season. The items shipped shortly afterwards and stoned a few days after Christmas. The sculptures we're exactly as described, nicely made, and everyone really liked them. I do recommend this business for anyone looking for a thoughtful, unique gift but I also recommend ordering well in advance, just in case.

I ordered a sculpture for my wife for…

I ordered a sculpture for my wife for Valentines Day. I placed my order on January 20th. This should be more than enough time in todays delivery cycle. It was a few days before Valentines day and I hadn't received the package. So I tracked it though the confirmation email. The delivery service said the package had been delivered. However, The delivery confirmation photo was not my house. After a few emails, we had confirmed the package was delivered to the wrong address. More emails back and forth and the customer service person I was talking to asked me to go to the wrong address and retrieve the package myself. I found this profoundly inappropriate. I expected the company responsible for shipping the package to rectify the situation, but they blamed it on the delivery service. I received no refund and no package. I'm out the money and I feel this is extremely dishonest. I also have received no emails or notices from the company. It has been more than a month from my original order. I feel like I was scammed, robbed or at least completely disregarded as a customer. I DO NOT recommed buying from this vendor. I would have left ZERO stars if it were an option.

I completely understand your frustration and truly appreciate your patience.

Unfortunately, sometimes carriers misdeliver packages. When we confirmed that the carrier had misdelivered your package, you mentioned that you wanted it as quickly as possible. To accommodate that, we provided two options:

1. The fastest option—retrieving the package from the nearby address.
2. Waiting for the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, which takes more time.

You chose the second option, so we filed an official claim with the carrier. Since they were unable to recover the package within an acceptable timeframe, we have already sent a replacement, which is now on its way to you.

We always aim to resolve shipping issues as quickly as possible and regret any inconvenience this has caused. If there’s anything else we can do, please let us know.

I would definitely purchase again!

I thought everything was adorable and ordered 4 items. They arrived quickly and are even better than I expected. Great quality and perfect pricing. They are gifts for my daughter, focusing on her new kittens AND her new engagement! I would purchase again!

Received my lucky man with his lucky floppy-eared pooch from Yukon Design Studio after a short delivery time (only 14 days from USA to Switzerland). Well made, smooth wood finish, a heartwarming little masterpiece of wood carving. I'm thrilled.

Something for dog fans everywhere

I have just been given 2 of the Pawfect Dog Carvings as a Valentines gift. They are just lovely, something a little bit different. I do not believe my husband had any issue with delivery. I know they were delivered well in advance of Valentines day as I took delivery. I would certainly give these as gifts to others.

This is misleading as you think there are artisans making this in the US but it’s shipping from China - again. Pathetic.

A very honest trader !

I appreciate that my order to Yukon got delivered as fast as possible across the Atlantic to Switzerland.
Other expericene with US deliverer failed even I got charged on my credit card and never received the item...
So I think it's worse to tell everybody that Yukon is a honest trader and they create beautiful wooden art.

Just DON’T!!!

Placed order (105485) on January 28, 2025. Today is February 11, and not only NOT received but TWO requests for ANY information have gone unanswered! Their customer service is a disservice. No wonder why their 1 star reviews is 26%,
