I liked immediate response. Quality of design is what I expected. I ordered 5 designs, however only 2 of the five designs ordered were correct. Sending pictures of what I received and pictures from the catalog showed they were not the same. Even with the pictures he said I got what I ordered.

I bought two handmade pawfect carving items: 1) Man & Dog and 2) Sitting Woman & Cuddly Cat. I was so amazed with the excellent, flawless and satisfactory quality. Also, I appreciated their customer service; they sent me a replacement for the defective items promptly. I highly recommend Yukon Design Studio if you want to buy special gifts.

We placed an order for a figure. Got the shipping notice, it took a while to get to my city.
Then I noticed it arrived in my city finaly.
Later I checked the shipping info again...
USPS took custody of the product for COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE!!!
This is horible! This was a christmas gift for my daughter who has a service dog, so I wanted to get a cute figure for her.
Absolutely disgusting!!!
I sent an email, and better get a response about a refund.

I do not have my item as of yet. They have the slowest shipping I have ever encountered. I was hoping the item would be here before Christmas as it is a gift. It's been 9 days so far and according to tracking, I have no idea where my purchase is!

Brought 2 animal phone stands as Christmas gifts 1 x dog and 1 x cat excellent delivery service very pleased with the stands good value for money.

You can literally order it from Amazon for less than half the price and it comes in 2 days rather than 3 weeks.

Despite what they reply with, it's the same product. Take a few mins to Google it before you order.

I placed an order on 8 December 2025 ORDER #136298 CONFIRMED
They confirmed my order stating it would be dispatched in 24 hours.
Now on the 20 December no item.
Do not trust this seller and their hype.

The figurine is stunningly beautiful and truly speaks to the heart. But the most wonderful part of this purchase was the personal attention I received from Martin, who stayed in close contact with me throughout. The shopping experience was truly above and beyond what is customary in our world today. May there be many more like this. I highly recommend. Inbar Cooper

Wow good service

12/17/25-Shipping was taking forever so I decided to look further into the company and tracking. I found many people on trust pilot claiming that the products were from China and Yukon denying it multiple times.... The tracking they provided that linked back to their website had no real information, and the last update was 11 days ago. I was able to find (on a site that is letting me track a shipment I ordered from another company that I KNEW beforehand would be coming from China) tracking information and it is confirmed... the shipment is coming from China. They are completely deceitful in their approach. I am very unhappy at this point, but lesson learned, I will research much more deeply BEFORE ordering again from a site that promises hand made products.
12/31/2025 UPDATE.
I requested a refund from the company multiple times, they would not comply. They kept saying they talked to the shipper...the package was on the way... SO, I went through PayPal and requested that they give me back my funds. Anytime I can, I do like to pay through PayPal for this reason.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

WHY DOES THE RATING LOOK SO HIGH?

BTW my order was placed 12/2/2025... plenty of time to receive for Christmas. My last correspondence with them was 12/28/2025. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

2.2.26 update. PayPal denied my request because the seller provided delivery confirmation. A PIC OF A PACKAGE IN A HAND!!!!! Not on a porch, not a pic of a house, nothing!!!! NOW I AM PISSED AT PAYPAL AND THIS FOREIGN SCAM, So much for using PayPal as a way to protect my purchases... I will be rethinking that as well.

I received a piece as a gift. It is beautifully made and makes me happy every time I look at it. I have several people who I know would also like one of these pieces as a gift.

The phone stands I purchased are cute, and well made (having not been made in China). I had a slight problem with one but received prompt, helpful, problem-solving feedback that worked. Would recommend this company.

One of the items was received broken and was replaced right away.

The product is very nice.

The product is excellent but unfortunately the delivery from Evri was not so good; they lost the product. Now the good part. I contacted the supplier and they did not hesitate to correct the situation. They shipped another product straight away at no cost and it arrived within a few days. As we know things can go wrong but it was good to know the supplier took full responsibility and corrected the situation quickly.

When I had a query about delivery to the UK they were exceptionally quick on reassuring me

Item is nice, but it’s not anywhere near the photos in the reviews. Disappointed if I’m honest. Having seen the photos in reviews the item looked amazing, however what arrived does not come anywhere close to the advertised picture. I know they are handmade but I feel not a lot of effort went into this one.

I bought a small 2-piece wooden sculpture of a woman with her dog. No one in the house can help looking at the piece. I admired how the two parts fit so perfectly and naturally together, how the excitement and love from the human made her hair stand out on end, and how you could draw pretty much a straight line from the tip of the dog's tail, through the two bodies, and out through the human's hair. Also how balanced the leaning human was. Just the little details that enhance the whole. It's very artistic!

Easy to order the lovely dog phone holder but the delivery took longer than expected. However it was very easy to communicate with the company and Martin was very responsive. Once he spoke to the delivery company the delivery was completed
