Booked a reformer class on the website, contacted them by email to ask them if the booking was okay and received no response. Had received an earlier email confirming I should book for that date. Arrived at the studio and instructor said there wasn't any reformer that day. Instructor advised I would receive a refund, emailed customer service who refused and are now ignoring my emails

Unreliable and unprofessional "yoga studio." It seems to be a money-making scam. Today I arrived at the Paris 13th arrondissement studio for a class I signed up and paid for 5 days ago. The studio was closed. When I phoned, I was told that the class been canceled and if I had wanted to be informed that my class had been canceled I "should have signed up for notifications."
When you sign up for a Yin Yoga class it is because you need to relax and feel better. This was a terrible experience.

1ere expérience pour moi yoga et infratherapie...j'ai adoré tout le concept , le cours le studio avec les vêtements et tapis ...même les vestiaires où tout est mis à disposition pour nous faciliter les choses.

Friendly reception, and the instructor knows her stuff. She's well trained, gives lots of alternative poses, and provides gentle adjustments!

Absolutely awful experience with an ‘ethical’ ‘yogic’ brand who are absolutely neither of the above. Not only disappointed with the service, business policy and product, and blatant dishonesty, but disappointing that capitalism parades as ‘yoga’ . Run! Do not even hesitate! Do your sun salutations naked if you have to! Haha! Just don’t recommend this company in any any way!

Hi, I placed my order on Saturday September 2nd and there was a 30% promotion (summer outlet) on Tuesday September 5th. I think it would be nice for your loyal clients to have the same discount or a notice. It was just a couple of days difference. Thanks

The size that I wear normally came up too small. I sent it back for a return easily within the 14 days given. However I received an email telling me that because the leggings and been put on sale I would not be given a refund. Maybe this was in the small print of the returns policy but in no way was it evident that that could be a possibility. Incredibly disappointed with the experience and will not reorder.

Excellent studio and wonderful teachers. Couldn’t imagine my life without anymore :)

I really loved the yoga classes that I took at YUJ. I was on vacation, traveling from the US, and so pleased to find this studio. The infrared lights felt amazing. The room lighting and candles were so calming. The teachers were great. I wish there was a studio like this near my home.
