These scammers sent me a email, followed it up with a phone call,I told them I was interested in the ChineseCrypto,I paid £199,that was 14th Dec 2021,heard nothing since they don’t answer the phone,I have sent 5 emails, they ignore them, they passed my details to numerous other companies,my own fault for being naive, lesson learned albeit a expensive one.
Deceptive scammers. Another bitcoin/crypto currency scam to extract money for themselves. It is a scam because their ads are fake, their endorsements are fake and their Forbes report is fake. They send out bulk spam from multiple fake email addresses using deceptive subjects to induce people to click on links, enter personal details and then get harrassed by their marketing scammers. "Yuan Pay Group Scam"
This is a money scam with lot of fake reviews and to good to be true promises
1. You sign up.
2. They call you.
3. They pry personal information from you.
4. They try to get your credit card details.
5. They spam you with calls again.
Created an account, then subsequently changed my mind and did not use it. Over the next few days, i got hounded by aggressive, pushy and very rude "managers" who would not accept "i changed my mind" as a reason and leave me be.
That's not even the worst part. After they abruptly hung up, i immediately started receiving 3-4 spam calls a day, plus emails from multiple crypto websites that i had apparently signed up with. Don't have to be a genius to know that the most likely scenario was that they used my signup information to impersonate me.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS BUNCH OF HOOLIGANS.
Nothing about this company looks legit. I keep getting Facebook >> yahoo ads for it and keep reporting them. Stay far away.
SCAM.
They are calling me everyday.
Even multiple times a day because I did not complete my purchase, because of course their site is so fishy, and my bank account refused the money transfer. However it was already too late even if I did not lost any money, they are now aggressively calling me everyday from multiple European phone numbers. Quite a nightmare.
I asked them to delete my number in accordance to GDPR right, but they are still calling and saying that they can not do that, since I have agreed on terms and conditions, which I actually did not since the site has no Terms and Condition page, which even if true would still not allow them to deny a request of the removal or my personal data since I am an European citizen, and they have to comply to the GDPR rules.
Their customer service is super aggressive and verbally abused me, when I asked him to not call me anymore and delete my data.
