From the offset, a telephone response to an email within half an hour confirming they could accommodate my needs, in this instance obtaining 7671 18th edition, Part P and EV installation, which happened last week, certificates arrived today. The reception was warm, friendly and calming. The teaching format was the same which is so helpful. For those like me that haven't sat an exam for twenty years, the concept can be daunting, however this team of professionals prepare you for what to expect, and as my certificates prove, provide what is needed to succeed. This training centre was 200 miles away, but the professionalism shown from the start inspired me to TRUST their ability, and I would not hesitate to return or send my employees to YTIC in future.
