I found the process of buying venue tickets very easy. Would not hesitate in using them again.

I recently booked tickets for a show at a bargain price after receiving the Yplan weekly email. I wouldn't have known about the offer if it wasn't for this email. Very happy :)

The whole process of creating an account is very simple, it's very clear to see the various entertainment on offer and the amazing discount that's available.

It's a great app for not just last minute plans. Events are curated and obviously offered at a better price.
They have really good deals on cinema tickets by the way!

The actual purchasing of the cinema tickets I wanted was a bit cumbersome on the app - I kept being taken back a page; the navigation wasn't the slickest. Apart from that, it was fine.

If someone told me I could get VIP tickets to a show for 20 quid more than nosebleed tickets on Stub Hub I would have laughed at them. But it's true, you can. YPlan has a great selection of events with prices you truly dont mind paying. And their customer service is top tier. I believe the app is only in London and SF but hopefully it will expand geo's soon.

I love that the app is easy to use and gives me discounts on the things I want to do in London. I wish I got more money when I recommended friends and that it was easier for them to connect to me on yplan.

The tickets we got were great but in purchasing it did not work the first four times but PayPal charged my bank and put all accounts on hold and won't release for 8-10 days. This is a big inconvenience.

Yplan looks great and i often use it, but my friend tried to order 2 sunday oktoberfest london tickets which didnt work and they were then sold out when she tried it again. Wont use it again as it is unreliable.

Very easy and cheap

After purchasing a ticket to The Classic Car Boot Show for Sunday - I was asked to download YPLAN to my mobile - It has stuck on the home screen! I spoke to someone in customer services and explained what had happened but it's still stuck!!

YPlan is well named because I've used it to find fun activities -whether street art tours, musicals/theatre events, or exhibitions and gatherings happening on the day I'm interested. And "paying" and getting tickets couldn't be easier either.

Will def use again. Worth looking for discounted tickets. Good selection

I contacted Yplan in relation to an order for which I had not received a confirmation email. The issue was resolved immediately.

yplan made my short London trip for work much more fun as I could sneak in a few shows while I was here. The payment is seamless and so easy to then view what I'd booked, all super easy and intuitive. I couldn't seem to be able to search for a particular show so there was a lot of scrolling - I may have just missed that function.

Bought two tickets to see the Aladdin Broadway show in New York and they turned out to be fake tickets. YPlan resells other people tickets (the tickets that were sold to be had other people's name on them) plus a significant markup (I paid $108 per ticket for balcony seats they were valued at 67-90 each). Worst is there's lack of customer support where I believe I should be given refund immediately. It's been 3 days and still waiting for response. I would stay away from this company.

I was directed to YPlan to book tickets to an event from the host gallery's website, so have only discovered it indirectly. However, the ticket booking system was quick and easy and the whole evening went smoothly. If there are similar events on YPlan I will definitely use it again as it's great not to have paper tickets and simple to use.

Good selection of things to do and really good prices as well!

All went off without a hitch.
