a total scam. they don't respond to tickets or chat. after a month, there is no renewal of the 1gb of data. there is no access after use.
Giving them a second chance. They did renew my previous esim from their predecessor company. It took about a week for the new esim to be reissued, but that's understandable considering the holidays.
I do wish the company would provide roaming in North America once again. But free is free, and handy for my trips to Europe!

After having done the founder payment of 5,- EUR I received the esim data within a few hour.
The sim works well
After 1 month the esim does not work anymore, even if the expiry data has been set to 30 days in futere. The status is unknown, the volume not set back.
The so-called Premium Support contacted via contact page and some days later via mail does not react at all, allrhough already four working days have passed.
This minor support!
I seem not to be the only one having this problem with deactivate esim and no support.
Very poor!

Very bad experiences.
First I was given two sim cards because I had paid money for the old project. Then my account was simply deleted. When I asked support, they told me to pay again.
What a cheek!
Now the support no longer responds either.

Did buy the skip option on seeek.co and never got an esim or a support response. Now the company simply rebranded completely.
As i paid and never got something I would call it scam.

For some time I could login into this account but never could access the e-sim. Now they have just deleted my account.
The scam they started with seeek seems to be just repeating on a new company - stay away from it.

I waited a whole month and didn’t receive an eSIM and wrote to support 2 times didn’t respond from the 29 October to now November 29 so I want an eSIM now and an explanation why I need to wait a month

My e-sim card received in March seems still not to be active (info in cockpit: renewal: Must activate first). I've contacted the customer service multiple times (3-4x seeek; 2x yozax) but so far the customer support did not get in contact with me...

Update: They activated my eSIM which works great. I just wanted to do a quick update that this is a valid service!
I have been waiting more than a month to get my SIM activated. I see a lot of people complaining about this, so right now, I have a bad feeling that this is a scam. Hopefully, I am wrong, but people, please be aware!

If you get in touch with support, they will do their best to resolve your issue. With esim you need patience and perseverance. The system is not working properly yet.

I was in Japan until last week, but the SIM card from SEEEK, which is the predecessor of this new brand here, stopped working after 1GB of the promised 6GB. I was left looking pretty stupid, I can only say! I then opened a support ticket but haven't received any response so far, but the support portal stopped working after a few days instead.
And now the entire Seeek brand has simply been renamed to another brand, my account is not working anymore, instead of 3GB per sim there is only 1GB and it seems that it is only limited to Europe...
I'm really sorry guys but nobody here will understand that!
Edit: If YOZAX is something different than Seeek, why is the URL seeek.io forwarding to your site? Come on..
