Excellent customer service when I had a problem with my bank card on my subscription- resolved in minutes with their prompt reply and clear instructions. Their products are excellent especially their PEA supplements which are great for joint pain and sleep quality. Highly recommend.

I would just like to say that as someone who has a Nutrition and Health degree, I am so impressed with the company Youth and Earth.

Not only is the delivery time is exceptionally quick, and the customer service team is so polite and rapid with response times, but the supplement quality is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been using Youth and Earth for a number of years and recently realised I hadn’t used a discount code on my most recent order. Contacted via email and pleased to see even though my order had been dispatched they honoured the code and refunded me the difference. Great customer service.

I have purchased the Women fertility twice and I am very happy with the product. I have PCOS and I have felt better since I take these supplements. The second time I also ordered the Q10, and I have noticed differences in my skin, hair and nails. The Customer service is excellent! I had an issue with the second purchase and both Cameron and Megan were very helpful and solved the problem quickly and nicely. I would defo recomend!

Youth&Earth are always ready to help with a both friendly and helpful response, to any kind of inquiry or problem you might have. I have used their products for years, as I consider the company to be at the frontline of research, with interesting products and supplements.

I recently made a mistake, when I duplicated an order. I immediately contacted Youth and Earth to let them know. By the following morning, an adviser had already replied and reassured me that they would help me resolve the matter. I was guided and informed of the steps I would need to take, to get a refund. I was supported every step of the way.
I feel that my dilemma was swiftly dealt with, which has given me the confidence to continue buying from Youth and Earth. I recommend their products, customer service skills and considerate manner.

I have been shopping with Youth and earth for a number of years and always found their products to be excellent quality. I like that they have lab purity test certificates shown for every product. Their V14 product is awesome - they are always ahead in the supplement game 🙂. Customer service has been speedy and excellent.

All of the youth and earth products that I have used and continue to use have been brilliant, That part is 5 STAR.
The email exchanges have been perfectly adequate. I am diagnosed ADHD and I find email exchanges difficult for me, therefore I am disappointed there is no longer any telephone support, these are ‘top end’ products and for me a top end service to match would include telephone support even if it is by appointment. I would like to speak to a human with knowledge so that I can feel confident about my choices. I really hope this is something the company will consider.

Excellent customer service from Youth and earth today. Emailed them with a query about my account and within half an hour I had received a reply and everything quickly resolved. It was an error on my part.
Great quality products which I have been receiving for the past 5 months through my subscription.

This company is aggressively marketing its products to new consumers and ignoring their longstanding customers! For the 4th consecutive month they failed to fulfill my subscription whilst send the same products to their new customers. Moreover they claim my payment failed but when I challenged their claim they admitted they are out of stock again which clearly a lie. Disgraceful. They lost me as a customer forever.

Update: In response to your reply, below is an extract to an email received from your company :
“Subscription payment has failed
Payment for your subscription couldn't be processed. Please check your payment method and update the payment details if necessary. The payment will be automatically retried tomorrow”

I've been a customer for several years. Recently an order was lost in transit and the Youth & Earth customer service team were very helpful in both responding to my query but also in sending a replacement item once it was evident that the package could not be retrieved by the courier. Very happy with the customer service received.

I have just started using these products and I was surprised at how quickly I noticed a difference with using these products and nerve growth factor. Will definitely be trying others in the range

I am new to Youth & Earth, but I am really happy with a number of things. I really appreciate the transparency regarding the supplements, alongside the research provided. It really seems like a ever moving, updated and fresh vision of what supplementation can be. I also reached out to customer service and received a quick and helpful response. I haven't used the products for long, but I will say I could feel a considerable improvement not long after starting them. The delivery was quick and they have good sales. Definitely worth a try.

Incredible products and faultless service.

I had an issue with the order I placed and didn’t expect a reply so quickly. They explained what had happened and resolved the issue straightaway. You don’t get many companies willing to do so much so soon! Keep up the great work.. oh and your supplements are amazing too!

I had the most amazing customer service experience - thank you Megan! - from the Youth & Earth team. Their response was super-fast, so helpful and with excellent comms. I love the Youth & Earth product anyway, but to have excellent customer service as well, really makes it a brand worth supporting.

Very good company to deal with. Have purchased some spore pro biotic which arrived in good time.

Shipping time to Spain takes around 20 business days, with no clear information on the website to assess this in advance. Customer service is extremely slow to respond and not particularly helpful.

Given that these products require consistent use to be effective, such long delivery times and lack of reliable support make it unfeasible to incorporate them into a routine with any confidence.
