They charge you 36 euro for Plus plan where clearly mentioned that it gives you QAS (advanced signature). Then when you paid and want to sign with QAS they said it is add-on that you must 1) request from them with some shitty clear text form!!!! 2) and also pay more money
Reply on reply: "QES level requires an additional license to ensure legal validity of documents". That must be clearly stated in the Plus plan subscription that they dont give you QES itself, they just give you technical ability to use QES acquired wherever you want it. Also when I try to use it they show you that it is an add-on and some form where you need to request it in a clear text. Absolute non-sense. Customer paid for the feature now needs to request this feature, what does it mean at all. You totally need to use different workflow, and most of all explain in advance that Plus plan doesn't include QES itself. I'm not in idiot, I understand that electronic signature requires identity validation, but I was under impression that it is going to be done with electorinic facilities of Yousign after I pay for the subscription.
UPDATE: I asked for refund, they accepted. So NOT scammers, just poor explanation of what is included in the subscription and what is add-on.

Scammer company. No customer service. Once you take subscription then you have to take most expensive one and then you have to buy signatures and still you can’t sign the documents and then they won’t let you unsubscribe either and charge you for the next month also. From the comments I found lex community. Which better and free. I think any other company would be better than these scammers.

So they have a shady subscription model where after subscription they tell you have to take one more yearly subscription. And when you can't sign documents and they keep taking money and you want to complaint there is no one literally no one you can contact. There is only a small HELP button where you write your problem and no one comes back to you. Worst company ever. USE LEX COMMUNITY instead it is free and far BETTER than these losers

no customer service, electronic signatures with ID doesn't work. Shady subscription model, to extract as much money possible from customer. As mentioned in other comments tried all the channels (phone, email, in app help) to contact regarding problem but no reply. Better use lex community (free to use)

Yousign is a complete trainwreck. Their useless app and platform blocked me from signing a vital document, with no option for an Indian passport or récépissé. Who designs a signing service this incompetent? Their customer support is a sick joke—the phone number (+33 1 84 88 02 89) is fake, their in-app support is nonexistent, and I’ve been emailing on "support at yousign.com" for three days with zero response. I’m beyond pissed, stuck with urgent work delayed because of their garbage system and absolute failure to respond. Yousign is a scam; steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a service unless you want to be screwed over.

It has been 3 days contacted customer service regarding not being able to sign the document but no reply, only preloaded files you read if there is no solution you are on your own. Zero investment in customer service once they get money nothing matters

Super user-friendly, good looking and simply a great and affordable tool. Perfect for what I need running a small indie record label. Highly recommended!

0 client experience, i used their service for 2 days and i paid sub for one month, then they forced me to pay for sub for second month even i didn't use their services, and when i asked for refund they said it is my mistake, what shameful experience with those gold-digger. profit well from the 36 euro poor company, trash.

Keep getting emails that are obviously bot generated. There's no way to contact them, and attempting to report it to get them to stop just results in a notification that they can't even accept the report. Anyhow, I just ended up designating them as spam (which is what they are) and called it a day. I'd never trust this business with anything I actually wanted signed.

The service did what I needed. I required a certified e-signature, and the process was straightforward and worked as expected.
However, I was surprised to learn that canceling the subscription requires 15 days' notice before the end of the billing cycle. This policy was mentioned in the original terms and conditions but not shown anywhere on the Billing Information page in the account dashboard, which I found misleading.
After raising the issue with YouSign, they offered a refund, which I appreciated. I don't know if they plan to update the dashboard UX to make the cancellation policy clearer, so I would advise others to read the fine print carefully when signing up.

Super easy to use. Particularly love the ability to sign documents for free (instead of having to print, sign, scan, etc.)

Horrible UX, you cannot find anything, and the QES function is a complete scam. They make you first subscribe to a plus plan and then add an extra charge. All the resources provided are complete rubbish - nothing about this software is intuitive.

Reply from Yousign (Youtrust)
The tool in itself is not bad, but when I cancelled my account they charged me one extra month, telling that in the conditions is specified that you have to give at least a 15 days notice. It's just ridiculous.
