I ordered a 2025 Epcot Food & Wine Festival gift card wristlet on 9/1/25. The company purchased it 8/29/25 and depleted the funds of $25 that were loaded on 8/29/25 to purchase the gift card. Charged me roughly $10 to purchase the gift card and additionally $10 to mail it. They didn't send out gift card til 9/19/25 and then took a week to get package. According to my calculation they made off with $25. No wonder they want to sell these limited edition wristlets. Company needs to be more honest and let customer know about the $25 loaded on gift card when bought and let customer pay for it. Charge what you want for your time but don't be sneaky. History of gift card transactions are recorded so customer can see what happened with gift card. Would NOT recommend this company!!!!!

No issues with the company. I got exactly what I ordered. Official loungefly thumber wallet. All was intact was sent FED EX within 3 days as promised. Properly invoiced and charged. I got what I paid for hands down all good!

I have bought alot of items with this wonderful company. I have experienced the greatest, professional customer service thur them. Kimberly and Kerry always communicate with me in a very quick time frame. I love working with them and getting items I am looking for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They are a 10!

Horrendous customer service. Little to no communication. They don’t follow their own policies regarding cancelling orders. The products listed are not necessarily in stock (but you don’t know it). Will never buy from here again, or recommend it to anyone else.

I ordered a magic band and requested the order be cancelled if it didn’t ship in 14 days (option at checkout). The product “usually ships within 7 days.” After more than a week I contacted the shop about my order. They didn’t have it, and would be going to the parks in a few days to see if they had it. No follow up. I contacted them again, they think they got the product. At this point 14 days had passed and I asked the request be honored and my order be cancelled since it wouldn’t arrive in time for our trip. They instead charged me for the product and shipped it out days later. So weeks after ordering it was delivered.

I have made several purchases Over the years from this store And have never had a issue I have Shop on their site and on the Lives And for me personally the packaging is Awesome!! I highly recommend this Business for your Disney Needs!!!

Order two HTF pins from Your WDW Store and they arrived quickly, in perfect condition and at terrific prices. I would not hesitate to order from them again

HORRIBLE customer care for their purchases. DON'T buy from this store. I recently purchased the NBA Experience Loungefly backpack and the bag wasn't even placed in a plastic wrapping to protect it. The styrofoam in the box ended up getting glued to the actual bag and l had to scratch it off. This was a gift and so terribly packaged. No regard for their customers. I'll never be shopping here again.

Purchased a replacement 5" liner for my grandkids BalZac. Liner filled to 2' and blew up. Rubber was not in viable condition, in my opinion this was an old stock inventory item that had devulcanized. Seller made zero attempt to work with me and walked away with a quick $40.

I found and purchased items I love. I was a bit impatient waiting for my items to come, but when they came I was very happy.

The avatar magicband + was delivered 5 days after our Disney cruise. I had asked if would ship on time and they said yes. So I purchased another one with expedited delivery which cost me a fortune. I now have 2 avatar magicband. Very disappointed and broke.

Notification was good. Reply to questions in a timely manner. A second attempt was made to obtain an item. However unable to obtain since it was sold out. This was a bit disappointing we know that this was not the stores fault. We are very happy with the other part of our order. Thank you
