Wrong entry code
We reserved online via another site, we got codes for the main door and the number for our storage boxes, but the code didn't open the building's door at all. We couldn't get to our reserved boxes and customer service wasn't available at all during that time since it wasn't their office hours. 12 € went down the river. Not a pleasant experience.

Worst experiences of my life
EDIT3: They called again and told us that they installed a new lock and a box with a key in it to access it. We went there to finally get our stuff but of course the box wasn't there. If this continues we have to celebrate christmas in a hotel thanks to this company.
EDIT2: It's December 6th and the door still isn't working. It's been 6 weeks now and customer service is still not helpful at all. They laughed and said it's a never ending story.
EDIT: IT GOT WORSE
They called me last week telling me that the door is working again. I rented a big car and moving people to finally get my stuff and move into my new apartment but guess what: The door isn't working. Called them, they told me that they know it since yesterday and can't do anything about it now. This was AFTER their reply on trustpilot, so the issue has not been resolved.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I haven't had access to my things for three weeks, emails are not answered and phone calls don't help either. The door handle is missing, I can't get my things out and absolutely nothing happens to help me. Customer service is also very unfriendly. They neither apologized nor made a serious offer of compensation.
I have been homeless for 2 weeks because of this company. I can't access my furniture, my clothes or any of my belongings.
I feel incredibly powerless. Please stay away from them, save yourself the stress.

Booking the compartment was very easy and uncomplicated. The change to a larger compartment after a year was also carried out quickly and easily thanks to a competent and very helpful employee.

Really terrible experience
Really terrible experience.
I booked to check in our bags to a place that was advertised as 24/7 on their site. Got all the info ahead of time to check in. Arrived at my allocated time and the whole place was closed and locked up with nobody there. I called, emailed and got no response.
Since, I have emailed to ask for a refund as I was not able to use the service and it was clearly not advertised correctly and have been ignored.
Do yourself a less stressful favour and book elsewhere.

Bad experience
When I started the research the location, it gives the choices so walked to be close, once I get there I've tried to pay and this location was not available, then I'll choose another place the second choice which supposed to be close around 7 min and when I've completed the booking the location was so far 35 min walking:( I had to pay an Uber to get there. There no option to cancel or change the place

Customer service has really gone down
Customer service has really gone down. I tried every possible means of communication to change my contract. No answer to my emails after two weeks, no response after submitting an online form, tried several times by phone and when I was finally able to get through, I was told they would call me back the day after because it was already 5.30pm (they are supposedly open until 6pm, even though the website actually says 10pm). Saying that I am frustrated is an understatement...
Update: they eventually got back to me - 3 weeks after my initial email and multiple calls. I imagine this negative review helped… I’m now giving them 🌟🌟 for the final effort and resolution of my request.

It doesn't even deserve a star. It is city storage. You can access the storage car park only with a small car.
I rented a space for 1 month. I specified clearly, only 1 month. And he takes money from my account every month, as if the contract is automatically extended. I announced that I want to close the contract. Let me see that they tried to take money from my account again this month.
If you want to take money from your card monthly, rent.
In vain you announce that you want to close the contract, because no one answers you until the 23rd. As on the 22nd of the month, they withdraw your money.

codes are wrong.
and there is nothing you can do, when some guy cannot send you a code with just 4 digits.
i would like to have my money back and even the extra money i needed for the hotel room i had to book in addition and the extra gas i needed.
and that s just because some guy cannot send u the right code!!!!!! i am more than furious.

Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks. They will keep on charging client's card even after the expiration of the contract. To resolve that, a client would have to call their support line. The only resolution they have is to email another storebox team. I have sent at least two emails to resolve the issue, and had zero response rate.

Do not use this storage
We were planning to use the storage just for a month and sent an email 15 days before the end of the renewal. They never reply the email and now they are trying to charge for another month. Customer service number is not even a valid number and we couldn't cancel nor reach out to them. What a clever way to RIP OFF people's money! NEVER use this storage.

I used the service everything was good then I canceled my subscription so they literally did not give any notification but company was expecting empty storage picture.
They could send notification , reminder or something they did not do it at all. in the end they send an email about extra charge. They are literally waiting to scam you. Do not use this service.

We booked luggage storage via nannybag, and when we went to storebox, the code to the maindoor didn’t work. We already paid, and the service was closed, so they couldn’t help. So now we have paid for nothing. Never gonna use this again.

Doubtful commercial practices
Doubtful commercial practices, Unacceptable emptiness of customer support... This is one my worsts customer experience, no support for the CS, overbilling on 2 separated occasions (they billed me for one extra month as I told them I got the both emptied and I was abroad), no answer to my PayPal request, stubbornness of the agent writing and acting like a bot.. this is the textbook what not to do... my advice, just find another company with decent human beings...

Booked a store place with this company…
Booked a store place with this company via Radical Storage website. I forgot to print out the official email from Storebox with the entry code to the storage facility in Villach. Called Storebox helpline, but was informed that they are unaware of any booking under my name and that they never heard of Radical Storage. I could not get in despite I paid nearly 50 Euro for a week of storage. I was forced to reserve a storage space again, this time via Storebox.com and wasted another 86 Euro.
To make the situation even more bitter, after leaving the box empty one week later and cancelling the order yesterday ( after another week) I am now being forced by Storebox to pay for further months.
Radical Storage have kindly returned money for the original order after my complaint. Sadly, it does not change the fact that I was misinformed by Storebox helpline and that they said I had nothing booked despite I had a booking, then I was drawn into paying double amount for booking through Storebox and now I am unable to stop the contract.
In these circumstances, as a bare minimum, I would expect from Storebox an instant help with terminating the contract and cancelling any future (over)payments. Unfortunately so far no help from Storebox.
This service gives the impression of a SCAM, designed to keep the client in a loop of autorenewing payments , you can not get out of. Beware and stay away as far as possible. I am terribly disappointed.

I just called their customer service because of my own mistake, asking if it‘d be possible to cancel a booking already made long time ago and the person on the other side of the line was very understanding and cancelled it without any problem.

I can’t pick up my parcel for 3 weeks already, because THEIR system is broken, code does not work and they truly do not care about it. Horrible customer service that is not interested in solving the problem.
