Die Konditionen sind in Ordnung

Die Konditionen sind in Ordnung, aber die versprochene“ Klimakontrolle“ ist nicht im Geringsten vorhanden. Es wird nicht mal vernünftig gelüftet.

Hallo! Vielen Dank für dein Feedback zu unseren Konditionen. Wir bedauern jedoch sehr, dass du mit den klimatischen Bedingungen vor Ort nicht zufrieden bist.

Unter 'Klimakontrolle' verstehen wir bei Storebox die kontinuierliche Überwachung von Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit durch unsere Sensoren, um optimale Lagerbedingungen (trocken und frostfrei) sicherzustellen. Da unsere Standorte oft in Bestandsgebäuden liegen, erfolgt die Belüftung meist über die baulichen Gegebenheiten und weniger über eine aktive Klimaanlage, wie man sie aus dem Wohnbereich kennt. Gerne können wir dir jedoch mitteilen, dass regelmäßig bei den Begehungen gelüftet wird.

Wir nehmen deinen Hinweis aber sehr ernst und werden die Sensordaten des Standorts umgehend prüfen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles innerhalb der idealen Parameter liegt.
