I returned my storage unit almost 9 months ago, and they are still charging me as if I were still using it. I already left a Google review about this issue a month ago, and since then absolutely nothing has been resolved.
I have sent emails since March clearly explaining that the unit was returned, but they simply don't respond. I also spoke with Customer Success, but they were completely unable to solve anything. Their only “solution” was to tell me to send yet another email, as if I had not already been doing that for months. Honestly, if Customer Success is only there to tell customers to send emails that nobody answers, then good luck with AI not taking over that job.
Instead of taking responsibility, they continue hiding behind a third-party collection company that keeps demanding payment for a service I'm not using.
This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. There is no accountability, no real customer service, and no willingness to fix a clear mistake.
Be very careful before doing business with this company. Once there is a problem, they ignore you and continue charging you anyway.
Easy and reliable, fair price and pricing models, lots of locations in convenient places (including. parking), and most importantly actually helpful and quick customer support.
Can’t complain about anything.

The reason: automatic renewal trap and a disappearing promotional discount after the first month. None of this was clearly communicated during booking.
When I contacted support, they confirmed this is working as intended and refused any refund.
Avoid if you need short-term storage. The advertised price has nothing to do with what you actually pay.
horrible, they rented a box for me that was not available and i wasted a lot of time and money, and no answer ever from customer service. luckily i paid with paypal and got my money back. a big scam, dont use them.

I now see the many complaints about the lack of direct contact availability to address problems with bookings and payments on this website. My regret is that I didn't check here before booking with Storebox.
Trying to call their automated call system leads nowhere, I never receive an answer to my e-mails over the past 6 months and yet money is taken from my bank account.
This company seriously needs to improve its Customer Service and until then, I would recommend to steer clear of them.
had a difficult situation after leaving Switzerland and contacted Storebox for help.
The team was very understanding and handled everything in a fair and professional way. What I really appreciated is that they didn’t complicate things and made the whole process very smooth for me.
They saved me a lot of time, money, and stress, which I truly appreciate. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company in Switzerland.

I rented a storage unit sized 50×120, but my box measuring 43×60 didn’t fit because the unit was only 42 cm deep. The dimensions provided should be accurate.
Update: the company has offered compensation for the inconvenience.

They assigned me a broken locker and I could not even open it to use it. Nobody picks up when you call their NL hotline. I have emailed twice but have received no reply. Yet, they are timely with sending invoices for a locker I could not use!
I booked a cabin for one year in Erlangen and found out the cabin is smaller than advertised and the piece of furniture that i wanted to put in doesnt fit because of that. I called the customer service twice and the told me to write an email. I wrote email and i got no reply. I have never seen a company who is so reckless about the service they provide. Never seen a company who does not care about the customer at all...
