Complete rip-off
Complete rip-off. Despite paying regularly since the beginning (via standing order) they block access to my locker. They did not remedy situation despite me providing proof of every single payment. The customer support is not communicating at all. Unfortunately, there is no other option than including lawyers in this.
If you want to have access to your things blocked for no reason, despite paying on time for years and to be ignored by the customer support go for StoreBox. Otherwise, I strongly advice you to look for other options.
UPDATE April 27, 2025: After writing the review above I was finally contacted by customer support on March 26. Ms. Chmielewska requested from me to provide more information, which I did do on March 28. Since then there have been complete radio silence despite my another attempt to inquire on the state of the issue. In the meantime, I got another payment reminder and the access to the locker was blocked yet again despite everything being paid via standing order.
Nothing has really changed and this is yet another testament to what I wrote in the initial review.
UPDATE July 25, 2025: Still no communication from Storebox representatives, just more payment reminders and blocking blocking of the access to the locker.
