Purchased shoes from YourSole and they delivered a badly scuffed shoe. I called and emailed for a replacement but they didn't answer or return any of my calls and emails. Waste of money.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I placed and order Nike Air 1Luxe pecan on the 29th of May 2024 but I never received any purchase confirmation no order number nothing, till date.
I bought these to help with plantar fasciitis, but it exacerbated the problem as well as created new ones. Tried to return with their 90-day guarantee, but was told they wouldn't honor it since I bought sale items. Steer clear of these inserts and this company.
I am excited to try my new SOLE insoles. They arrived in two days (no express shipping requested) and they look to be great quality. Their customer service was incredibly responsive via email (less than 10 minutes) to resolve a packing error and another set of insoles will be arriving soon without any additional cost and no need to send the other set back. I expect that they have a new customer in me.
I never expected so much arch support from just a pair of socks. I haven’t tried their other products, but I have to say their “dual layer” crew socks are the only ones I use now. I can be on my feet all day in them, without having to worry about what shoes I’m wearing.
Also, I really appreciate their rewards program. It really makes it easy to try things out as a new customer. I genuinely felt like referring other people to the company, because of my experience. Hope to see more sock sales going forward! Cheers
I have now ordered 5 pairs of insoles from Sole. I love that they’re a Canadian company, that allows me to buy local, but the performance insoles are a game changer for me. If you’re on your feet a lot as I am I would take a look. They’re free shipping is faster than expected as well.
I also think they’re retention campaigns are ingenious, I have bought all my subsequent pairs via their offers and discounting now that I’m on their list.
Keep up the good work Sole.
SOLE did a Kickstarter campaign for supposedly "The World's Most Eco-friendly Shoe". 3.5 years later and there still hasn't been a single shoe shipped. Updates are, if at all, only provided sparsely and do not give proper insight into what the true issues with fulfilment are.
Instead backers are constantly pestered with emails about store credit for footbeds. It feels what they do is a scam and they do not care for people that supported the campaign which brought them $500k.
