We used yourshed to get our house’s council tax successfully rebanded. The report was very in detail and thorough which meant I didn’t need to do anything other than simply send it to the council requesting a reband - the evidence all spoke for itself and looked very professional. We got around £450 back as a refund (having only been in the property a year), as well as an equivalent future annual saving. Cant recommend it enough!
