Scam

Scam. First they charge just a small amount but forget to mention that a subscription automatically part of the deal.

I have been receiving unauthorized charges on my credit card. I demand immediate cancellation and a full refund. This applies to both Menesco and Yourselfirst. February 3, 2026 and June 3, 2026

Very misleading

Very misleading. The search result says the service is free, but after completing a lengthy test, you are forced to provide an email and pay to actually see the results. If a service requires payment, it should be upfront, not hidden behind a massive time-waster.

I asked if I should be a lawyer? It was a simple yes or no answer that was expected with a reasoning of why or why not based on the quiz. This was not what I hoped for.

The repeated deduction of the subscription amount without authorization, and our dissatisfaction with this.

I am deeply sorry that you had such a bad and unsatisfactory experience. Charging your bank card multiple times is completely unacceptable to us as well, and we are not satisfied with this happening to you. I would like to get my money back and I hope you will be cooperative. 🙏

Scam!!!!

Very Bad,
Don’t be fooled by this company as I have been, what they don’t tell you is once you have paid for the test they will take money from your account every month, that you havnt authorised, in my case £23.99 for last 5 months, my bank has tried to help, but as it was through Apple Pay ( could not ) but I am grateful for them trying.
After 5 months of emails to yourself first they returned the last £23.99 but will not return previous payments.
Please be very careful if you use this company it really is a scam.
As I am a pensioner loosing Money to a scam company is devastating.
