I was happy with the initial stages of…

I was happy with the initial stages of ordering the process where ordering was easy. Unfortunately I have yet to receive my purchase after 9 days. I have been tracking the package and it still hasn’t reached the courier.

Late delivery and not as advertised…

A 4-6 working day delivery to store turned into a 10 working day delivery to store which was too late for the wedding I ordered the dress for.
When I did eventually get to see the dress (which was black and white in the photo online) it turned out it was black and a deep biscuit colour. Completely different as advertised. So it was a blessing in disguise that I didn't receive it in time.
