AVOID OR LOOSE MONEY

Use it, but only if you want to loose money.
Went for they perfect advert how useful they are and decided to use free trial. The moment you connect your listing to Guesty it is automatically without asking you or telling what is doing changing your settings, pricing calendar everything. As a result i spent some time changing it back again but missed host % booking fee which Guesty changed to FULLY PAID BY HOST 15% INSTEAD OF 3% received 3 booking until we realised what happened lost 400 pounds in fees. So yeah... Never really leaving reviews but seriously if you perfectly setup listing - AVOID

Guesty pressured us to move their…

Guesty pressured us to move their platform; during training, examples of the final product were vague. I voiced my concern the entire time to no avail, and once we launched, we received multiple double bookings. Their software was not a solution. It was a huge problem. We immediately switched back to our other software. After pleading they still stuck us with $1500 a month bill even though they did not deliver on their promises. DO NOT USE!

Calendar Synchronization Issue

Our experience with Guesty for our holiday home business over three months has been inconsistent. While it worked well for one property, scaling up caused issues with listing availability synchronization, especially on Airbnb & Booking.com. Customer support's reliance on website articles instead of addressing our concerns directly was disappointing. Overall, not recommended for similar businesses.

Guesty integration does not work with…

Guesty integration does not work with VRBO. All of the Guesty settings are correct. I have tried in vain to speak to anyone at Guesty. Their support is non-existent. You can enter a support ticket but they will just give you runaround and never deal with problem. They play hot potato and say someone will get back to you but no one ever does. I paid over $800 for Guesty. I can't wait to switch to HostAway.

Highly recommended

I've used Guesty for hosts for well over two years and I couldn't imagine working without it. My business runs on autopilot now that I've set up all the guest messaging. Their direct booking platform works wonders. Also little things like their automated guest forms come in handy when I need to manually run a security deposit from booking dot com. Anytime I had a problem their support team always comes through and finds a way to fix it. Highly recommended.

Guesty Works

I'm a big fan of Guesty, I've been using it for almost a year and the functionality is great. It does what I need it to do, and the customer service has been available and helpful in addressing issues where they've come up. Given all the features, the pricing is reasonable as well.

Guesty for Host is amazing!!

I have been using Guesty for Hosts for over a year now and it has been a great experience! The system is very user friendly and customer service is exceptional! It does everything I need from automatic templates/messages, lock integration, and syncing calendar between different platforms.

Great help

Guesty is affordable for individual hosts and provides all the automation that you would hope for, my cleaners were all familiar with it and prefer it's notifications to co-hosting, and it allowed me to share my space on multiple channels as well as independently listed. Worth experiencing the trial for features.

If I could give them less than 1 stars , I gladly would . This company is filled with Nincompoops who took a perfectly fine product ( Your porter ) and pushed it to the graveyard. This product is technologically at a level when abacus was evolving , horrible support , unified mailbox and the one thing they should be doing is to manage across channels - they goof up . DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL !!

Extremely Dissatisfied with Guesty's Host Property Management Services

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Guesty For Host property management services. Since their acquisition of YourPorter, the quality of their services has deteriorated significantly, leaving me with a plethora of issues that have caused significant damage to my business.

One of the most pressing problems I have encountered is the occurrence of double bookings. This is a serious issue that should never happen, as it directly impacts the experience of my guests and tarnishes my reputation as a host. Despite relying on Guesty to handle my reservations, I have experienced multiple instances of guests arriving to find that their booked accommodation is already occupied. This is not only embarrassing but also puts my credibility as a host at risk.

In addition to double bookings, I have faced numerous instances of missing reservations. It is simply unacceptable that I cannot rely on Guesty to accurately manage and keep track of my bookings. I have had guests show up with confirmed reservations, only to find that their information is nowhere to be found in Guesty's system. This level of incompetence and lack of attention to detail is beyond frustrating.

Another recurring issue I have faced is the inconsistent cleaning schedule. It is vital for the success of my business to have a reliable and efficient cleaning service, but Guesty has failed to deliver in this aspect as well. There have been times when my properties were not adequately cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, resulting in negative reviews and dissatisfaction. This directly impacts my revenue and damages the overall guest experience.

Most recently, I have experienced a major problem with the synchronization between Guesty and Pricelabs. It took Guesty several days to respond to my inquiry and address the issue. This kind of delayed response is unacceptable, as it affects my ability to manage pricing and maximize revenue for my properties. Timely communication and resolution should be a priority for a property management service, but it seems that Guesty falls short in this regard.

Overall, my experience with Guesty For Host has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their acquisition of YourPorter seems to have had a detrimental impact on the quality of their services. The recurring problems of double bookings, missing reservations, inconsistent cleaning schedules, and slow response times are unacceptable and reflect poorly on Guesty's professionalism and reliability.

As a host, I rely on property management services to streamline my operations and ensure a seamless experience for my guests. However, Guesty has consistently failed to meet these expectations, causing significant disruption and damage to my business. I strongly advise other hosts to consider alternative property management solutions that prioritize reliability, attention to detail, and prompt customer support.

I can’t recommend this channel manager…

I can’t recommend this channel manager as there are way too many glitches and bugs arising during the use of this manager. The VRBO connection is a big issue. I had couples of double bookings due to that instable connection. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. You never know what you’ll get and you always have to be double checking to be sure everything’s working as it should be. The exact opposite of the purpose of an automation software. I am more than frustrated looking back on the amount of time wasted on trying to fix things and to be in contact with the support. I want to get out of my subscription due to a lack of value provided but of course there is no reaction to my request. I tried for almost a yesr now to deal with that channel manager but there is no way of making it work longterm. I am just sick and tired of it. I can’t and I won’t recommend it.

Overall recommend, despite some bugs

Overall, Guesty for Hosts is an excellent product that is easy to use and easily integrates with major booking platforms. It even helps you set up direct booking sites. My only complaint is that it has some bugs in the user interface and sometimes the app takes a while to load. In general I recommend this product!

There is no customer service at all

There is no customer service at all. No phone number, no person you can ever speak to to help. You have to open a ticket and wait several days to hear , even a week sometimes only for them to ask more questions. You will go back and forth for a month to attempt to get anything resolved.

absolute nightmare when my free…

absolute nightmare when my free subscription came to an end - i have put in my credit card details multiple times, platform states it has registered & then fails to recognise that the subscription has been paid. Multiple support emails over the last few days have resulted in radio silence & there is no other way to connect. Avoid!
