Superb polite service from this company. Having water pouring out of my radiator they arrived within the hour, their engineers were charming and helpful and at the end of the day I was absolutely thrilled with all their staff and how they treated me as an elderly gentleman. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Easy to book with Your Plumber. Given a fixed price for the boiler repair. Text message to tell me the plumber was on his way. Call from the plumber to introduce himself. Shoe covers on immediately before he entered the property. Work mat on the worktop to protect from his tools. Boiler fixed and tested. Invoice received the following morning for the amount quoted. This company really goes above and beyond any others. The service is exceptional. Thank you Your Plumber. I will certainly recommend.

What an absolute bliss to find this company,I had 3 quotes and thier price came in £100s lower AND a far bigger better system,with a 12 year warranty, Every member of staff was polite and courteous they made the whole process of a brand new boiler simple & easy.Would highly recommend this company and have already booked in for them to come and sort my bathrooms out.One very happy customer.
Little update to just confirm the brilliance of this company,2 days after they fitted my new boiler I popped the heating on and the boiler seemed a bit noisier than expected turns out a radiator had got missed and wasn’t turned back on (we have a lot of radiators and this was an easy mistake to make) I gave a quick call as I was unable to get the radiator on,and within a few hours I had workmen at my home and all was sorted and the boiler is now running very well.
Will continue to use this company for our other properties.

Booking was easy and quick. We were able to get an appointment within 48 hours during the week between Xmas and New Year. They called us the day before and asked if they could come even earlier, which was welcomed. The service person arrive on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and expeditious. We will definitely use the service when needed in the future.

Prompt, Professional, Polite, carrying out the Perfect Plumbing job!

Dylan of TDP (Tim Draper Plumbing working in Bateau Bay NSW) turned up the same morning. He worked quickly with no extra mess and organized cleaners afterwards. He moved blackages that have bothered me for years

We recently decided to replace our old shower, following a flood in one of our bathrooms due to a cracked cistern. The shower was getting old and we could not face another “flood”

Having read good reviews on Checkatrade, we decided to get a quote from 'Your Plumber'. All was plain sailing after that. 'Your Plumber' organised the attendance of a plumber to answer all our questions about removing the old shower cubicle and putting in a new one. We needed to cover over some of the tile gaps which would occur during the removal of the old cubicle and we were introduced to the perfect solution – Multipanel waterproof bathroom wall panels. And what a magic word “waterproof” is!! Plenty of choice of colour and we were able to choose one which blended in with the remaining tiles.

Brodric was able to answer any and all questions raised and returned about 3 weeks later to do the job with an apprentice assistant, Harry. They were the perfect team and worked well together. They made sure they protected as much of the area they were working in as they could. Their attention to detail was impressive and any queries we had whilst they were working were answered willingly. It was a delight watching the way they worked together and they certainly knew how to work hard and concentrate on what, to my mind, was a very complex procedure.

There was an occasion when it appeared that there would be a gap between the shower tray and the tiles. Brodric remedied this without fuss and as a result produced a very satisfactory and neat outcome. He proved to be quite the perfectionist.

The job was completed by noon on the second day (Brodric was on his own, as Harry was at college). Obviously they had a van full of the necessary equipment, which needed to be transported up and down the stairs and required careful organisation,

Katherine, who was usually the first point of contact, was very cheerful and helpful throughout the procedure..

Just wanted to share my bathroom experience with you all just in case anyone is wanting any work done.

He's done a brilliant job of removing my bath and replacing it with a shower. Put new cladding on walls and biggest job was replacing the whole floor.
We can't thank you enough totally recommend this lovely lad. prompt, reliable, and considerate he prepared and cleaned up after himself so no mess left.

Avril the Pink Plumber is amazing. She gets straight back to you, she asks you to send a picture on WhatsApp and then comes over really quickly and always on time. She is quick, professional and courteous. She always does a great neat job and is good value for money. Once you have her services you will never choose anyone else and her number will be permanently in your phone.

Instead of replacing a like-for-like radiator, this company installed the largest they could - which I did not realise until I discovered I could not open the drawers of a fitted cabinet adjacent. It took them two weeks to remedy the situation and nobody even rang to check if the remedial work had been carried out satisfactorily. I simple received an amended bill. Would I recommend them? Absolutely not.

This company had been servicing the boiler at our old address for a while, so when we moved and need a new boiler, I called them in for a quote. They came very quickly and we had the quote the same day. The price was around what we expected, and lower than some bigger companies. The work was carried out over three days, and everything was explained to us as Drew, who was doing the work, went along. He was friendly, polite, cleaned up all mess at the end of each day, and was generally just a really nice guy. The whole team at our local branch are really great to deal with. The phone gets answered by a person, which in itself is rare, and the office staff are as friendly and helpful as any I have dealt with, as was the surveyor, and especially Drew who fitted the boiler. I really can and do recommend them very highly

Kathryn at Your Plummer provided a fast efficient, prompt service. Drew Searle replaced our downstairs loo and fitted a replacement kitchen tap. He was courteous, respectful of our property, efficient, paid attention to detail and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Your Plummer.

Their team were quite friendly and very skilled too. We appreciate their great work and would use again in future.

Extremely impressed with Your Plumber from the survey to the finished job. Drew the installer for my new boiler was excellent. He arrived on time and on the first day worked until gone 7pm because he wanted to get to a certain stage ready for the following day. He took great pride in his work and kept me informed of what he was doing. There was a large hole in the wall where the old boiler flue was and he made such an excellent job of the brickwork that now it has been painted you can’t tell where the hole was. What more can I say – just a brilliant and dedicated worker and so polite.

One year after fitting a new boiler, Drew returned to service it. He remains one of the most courteous and helpful trades people with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing. The office is also extremely efficient, and I have no hesitation in recommending YourPlumber.

I rang them at least 4 times with questions, before I booked and each time, I had clear communication and accurate quotes.

I have email confirmations and text notice of when my plumber was coming. Jack came and he was so incredibly professional, I asked him many questions and I learnt a lot for future purpose how to sort things of needed.

He work, effectively, Efficiently and in a timely manner.

He tidy up, and it was a pleasure to met him.

Brilliant service, I will 1000% use them again, as I trust that I wasn’t over charged and had an excellent service, as someone who doesn’t know much, it was great to know that wasn’t taken advantage of and was miss sold things I didn’t need.

Firstly, Your Plumber was the only company who actually answered the phone - I tried a few (even texted, no response). The gent on the end of the phone was really nice and made me feel like the issue I was having wasn't too small a job for them. The plumber (Tiffany) arrived within the allocated timeslot and was really efficient. She needed to get a part which she didn't have in her van, so she phoned a local supplier and went to fetch it - she returned quickly. A week later and the problem has definitely not come back, so a job well done. I was extremely happy with the service and will only use Your Plumber when needing a plumber from now on.

All staff professional, respectful of property, communicated well and quote was spot on.
Work schedules changed to accommodate completion when parts arrived early and an extra engineer supplied to help. Would definitely recommend as they could teach some other companies the meaning of Customer Service.
