I made a mistake. I notified the company about the mistake. They resolved the issue swiftly. I suppose I need to mention that I am 79 years young! I don't like to admit that sometimes I'm not as sharp as I think I am. I was notified that I won a surprise, and did I want to accept it. I was excited to win it, and I failed to read through the entire message. In completing the form to receive the gift, I also inadvertently agreed to join the Passion Club, which offers great discount features.
It was only later in the day, when I started reading the email about the discounted membership and its benefits, such as savings on future purchases, that I realized I was not in a position to buy many items as a retiree on a fixed income. That same day, I asked to cancel the membership. I've learned my lesson. Read all the information provided before signing up. I want to thank the Passion Club for understanding my situation as a retiree and immediately starting the cancellation process. I wish I was still working so I could use this great membership!
