Excellent Service
I had been checking prices regularly for a few weeks and found NRG to be the cheapest. I was kept informed as to when my heating oil would be delivered and when it arrived the driver was very friendly and delivered the oil quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using NRG for my next delivery

Annoyed with poor ethics
Annoyed with poor ethics.
Short delivered as I had purchased just before a spike. I watched the markets and decided when I wanted to buy.
But no, they weren`t going to honour the order and short delivered by 20% and blame it on a full tank, which they filled less than a third full. Annoying and dishonest.

My first delivery from YourNRG, having installed an oil boiler, and all seemed absolutely fine. Got notified of the delivery, driver was polite and efficient, price seemed to be competitive, so will certainly use them again.

Great service, but was lucky we were at home to unlock the gate!! Should have messaged me the day before delivery. As per instructions!!! Other than that, the driver was very friendly and efficient.
