I Was Called from yourmedibag and was pressured into excepting a catalog from them . I have since read a lot of reviews to suggest its a scam. On trying to find a website to email to cancel, not one seems to exist. On calling the number same message everytime. I will be blocking all communication in the future.

CONSTANT COLD TELEPHONE CALLS TO MY MOBILE ARE DRIVING ME MAD. THEY DON'T STAY ON LONG ENOUGH FOR ME TO ANSWER AND REQUEST THAT THEY STOP! I TRACKED THEM DOWN VIA TRUST PILOT TODAY AND RANG THEM TO REQUEST THEY REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM THEIR CALL LIST AND THE YOUNG PERSON I SPOKE TO DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO DO THAT AND ALL THE SUPERVISORS WERE IN A MEETING!
I SUSPECT THEY GOT MY DETAILS FROM EASYLIFE ANOTHER DUBIOUS COMPANY THAT I TRIED AND FAILED TO GET A REFUND FROM 3 YEARS AGO!

This company signed up an elderly relative via an unsolicited and high pressure telephone call using credit card details retained by a trading partner ("Easylife") without the card-holder's permission.

Despite re-using credit card details from a different company they then had the nerve to attempt to hide behind GDPR when I complained on my relative's behalf. The credit card issuer had no concerns about speaking to me about this however, and cancelled the card immediately.

YourMedibag finally confirmed by email that the unwanted subscription had been cancelled when I asked them for a straight yes or no answer as to whether or not they would accept their own cancellation form since I had sent it in, not their intended victim. At the time of writing they have not confirmed that they have removed my relative's details from their systems as expressly requested in my letter to them.

Had I have not intervened my relative would have been charged approx. £100 a year for an unwanted subscription. My relative's details are now registered with the TPS and MPS in an attempt to stop them from being subjected to such appalling business practices in future.

This company is a complete scam. The company YOUR MEDI BAG is linked to EASY LIFE. They are the same company, with the same telephone answering system and identical email address. My 80 year old mother bought a hosepipe from EASY LIFE about 5 months ago. Now she has received a scam letter from YOUR MEDI BAG saying she has a free membership and that they are going to take money from her account.

They sent a letter to her which was attemping to make her panic and pay for something that she has never ordered or asked for.

It is illegal what they are doing. There is an article in the MAIL ONLINE (search "easylife scam" from 5 years ago where they had been reported to trading standards

I called EASY LIFE and YOUR MEDI BAG and it is the same number the same voicemail system..

BEWARE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EASY LIFE! They are scamming the elderley and vulnerable. I have reported them to the Police, Trading Standards and Crime Stoppers.

Same as all the other reviews. Cold called an elderly relative and set up the free trial. Called to complain and they advised they don't know the age of the people they call, which is interesting considering the other reviews are all regarding the elderly being taken advantage of.

This Company is preying on the Elderly. My 91 year old Dad who is hard of hearing and has bad eyesight received a cold call out of the blue. He did not understand what he was being asked, but this Company still signed him up for the free trial, which it turns out is NOT free as they have since charged him 2 payments of £24.99. I called them this morning and they advised they got his bank details from Easylife!! They have said they will refund him the 2 payments. This should NOT be happening. How dare they just cold call elderly people!! I am horrified by this. I hope there are not too many other people out there that have been scammed.

Same story as others. 82 year old mother very upset by receiving this unsolicited. Phoned them and they said need to speak to the customer but I pointed out she is not a customer. They took her details and promised to cancel.

Exactly the same as all those above. My elderly, vulnerable and hard-of-hearing neighbour thinks she might have had a phone call but then received a large, battered box by courier containing a big box containing a roll of plastic bags, with a single tablet in each one. The accompanying letter says "As a Your Medi Bag member you now have...." and later implying that she will have to pay £24.99 unless she cancels. I am working out who to report this to. Any ideas?

Exactly as the previous review, a battered box with a roll of individual vitamin tablets left on my 91 year old Mums doorstep on the 14/01/22 The enclosed letter is dated 15/12/21 and says she has a 21 day trial with this product and full membership cost is just £24.99 every quarter. If she decides to cancel she has to email the company so she will not be charged any further membership fees… if this isn’t preying on the elderly I don’t know what is, absolutely disgusted.

Sent unsolicited and outdated trial to my elderly mum. She was concerned that she has to pay for this as the trial end date was 10 days ago and only delivered today!! I have emailed them and told them to collect within a week. It’s disgraceful behaviour targeting the elderly!!

My grandfather received a letter & a box of multivitamins from this company having never heard of them before. The letter stated that he had a free 21-day trial & then membership after would be billed at £24.99 every quarter. Upon having done some more research your medi bag has the same address as Easylife (which my grandfather has had problems with before & that is how they have obtained his details). Complete scam, I wouldn’t bother ringing or contacting them, just double check that your bank puts a block on any easylife or your medi bag transactions.

My elderly husband has just been charged £24.99 for allegedly agreeing to a "free trial" in September of something called "MediBag" He has no recollection of ever having spoken to this company, nor received any correspondence from them. We are always exremely wary of giving out any details over the phone to cold callers, let alone credit card details! We have no idea what "Medibag" is, and I doubt it provides anything we need. Is this some sort of scam?

Phoned my vulnerable father and told him they would send some free multi vitamins. They arrived in a roll of individually plastic bags , one for each pill. They were packed in a cardboard box to hold the roll. I've never seen anything so ridiculous. What was not made clear to my dad on the phone was that after 21 days he would be a member unless he cancelled his membership. The fee would be billed at £24.99 a quarter. I phoned to cancel and enquired about the excessive plastic use and was informed that it was better than a blister pack for the environment as the plastic could be recycled. Why they couldn't be sent in one plastic recyclable bag rather than individually I don't know. I took all the pills out, and placed in a tub. I've never seen such an amount of plastic for a few pills. Anyway. Apart from that, I think they must prey on the elderly. No idea how they got his details. Not impressed.
