Outstanding locksmith and after sales service

Fantastic job installing two locks by Doncaster Local Locksmith:
Orion Smart Digital lock (Bluetooth hub model) and traditional double keyed deadbolt lock.
It was a tricky job and required custom door adjustment at the door post holes.
He was also willing to assist and patiently waited to setup smart lock with me over the phone with lock customer support, as the app connection was more challenging.
Overall great customer service, reasonably priced and professional service. Highly recommended!

Update: Superb after sales service at no extra cost due to a minor issue, and was sorted out very promptly same day. What a guy!

Friendly, knowledgeable and fair

Julien was very prompt and was the only one who gave me an honest, straightforward and reasonable quote. We are in Blackburn and it took him less than 20 minutes to arrive. He was super friendly, equipped and knowledgeable. No extra charge, no excuses and no bargaining. Highly recommended.

The laundry door was stuck for a while…

The laundry door was stuck for a while and was just avoiding to get it fixed as I was scared it would be an expensive task!
To my surprise Julian from YLL gave me a cheap quote over the phone and within the hour he came and it was all fixed !!

So happy

Friendly and honest

Julien was very courteous and well priced. Locksmith are always expensive but i did not feel ripped off at all considering it was in the middle of the night. Will defo use him next time i loose my keys and will happily gives his number to friends and family.
