Started off ok went downhill from there.
Started off ok windows etc cleaned to a decent standard then the service started to go downhill txt messages saying windows will be cleaned today but nobody cleaned them it got to the point I wasn't sure my windows were being cleaned at all yet I was still being charged. I cancelled the service and was promptly(same day) charged full price for half a clean(front only) which was seemingly done the same day I cancelled in heavy rain. £5 refund given when questioned about this but I wont be using this company again and if you're not going to be in during the day to confirm they have been I would advise you don't use them either.

Subscription disappeared
I have been using this service since January and had my usual text saying they were calling yesterday, they didnt, when I logged into my account there are no active subscriptions showing, I find this very strange from a legitimate business.

I would like to thank Ellis for sorting out my first clean . The company is using a new system so there having to put customers on this new system which obviously takes a bit of time and when I called to speak to Ellis she was very lovely and polite and dealt with my query efficiently and also resolved the issue so thank you for that .
