Tobias introduced himself and i showed him to my furnace and stove and dryer. He then went out side to check the outside meter a gas. He very kind and courteous and put on booties at the door. Which helps me to keep the rug cleaner. Excellent customer service.

Not even a one star. I signed up for their plumbing in home emergency plan for leakage and drainage. I had a pipe burst during subzero temps and had a plumber come out right away that was recommended by my city water dept since my house is old and sits on a slab. After repair I called concourse and they were rude and basically told me I am out of luck if I file a claim. They were the worst most unhelpful unempathic group Ive ever known. Dont waste you money.
