This program should be a mandatory experience for all pregnant and postpartum moms!

Laura and Emma have been the most wonderful captains on this journey of regaining my confidence and body back after two babies and breast cancer reconstruction. Their passion and empathy for what the modern day Momma goes through is so palpable and it is nearly impossible not to feel uplifted and part of something bigger than yourself when working with these incredible women. Everything is so beautifully and meticulously thought out but inevitable tweaks and adjustments are also seamlessly part of the plan. I can not recommend them and this wonderful program enough to anyone who has been wondering for years if this is 'just my new normal' and I have to be okay with that. 10/10 Get it girls!

Heart full, body strong ❤️

It’s hard to come up with a blurb that explains exactly what HH encompasses, but as a new mom, this is what all new moms need. A community that supports you every step of the way to reconnect with what was and to connect with what is. A program that shifts with you every step of the way, and not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. If all “healthcare” had this approach, we’d all be better, happier, fuller. This is a great community of women supporting each other through one of the largest life shifts we will ever experience and has been integral for my postpartum period. The accountability I have created is unmatched because…HH gives me the opportunity to have accountability both ways! I wish I could write more but suffice it to say, if you’re considering joining, don’t think, just do it! We are waiting for you ❤️

So grateful for Hearth

I’ve been working with Emma through Hearth Healing for the past six months, and I’ve made so much more progress than I expected. I originally started because I was having leaking with things like running, swimming, sneezing, and playing volleyball. I also had an old ACL injury that was making it harder to get back into running, plus years of not-great posture and just feeling weaker after having and nursing three babies, including twins.

One of the biggest things Hearth helped with was taking away the guesswork. I knew I wanted to get stronger, but figuring out what I should actually be doing felt overwhelming. Emma created workouts specifically around my weaknesses, goals, and what my body needed, and then adjusted things as I got stronger. That made it so much easier to stay consistent.

We also looked at some hormonal things because some of my symptoms and mood swings were very cyclical and didn’t always make sense. Emma helped me look for patterns, did some research, and made a few supplement recommendations along the way. I really appreciated that she was willing to dig into it with me instead of treating everything like a straightforward strength issue.

Six months later, I feel SO much stronger. I can trail run again, I can swim without leaking, and I just feel more capable in my body overall. Even my posture feels different. I’m 5’10” and have always been a sloucher, but now I actually feel like my core is strong enough to hold me up.

Probably the biggest shift for me is realizing that making time to take care of my body isn’t really optional anymore. It’s easy to put that stuff off, especially as a mom, but feeling strong makes such a difference in being able to do the things I love. I’m really grateful for Emma and how much progress I’ve made through Hearth.

Life changing Program!

I first reached out to Laura in the Summer of 2024. I was three years postpartum with my second daughter. During my older daughter's birth I injured my tailbone and had never fully recovered. During my pregnancy with my second daughter, I did some virtual pelvic PT to relieve ongoing pain from my tailbone. After my younger daughter's birth I had incontinence. I saw a pelvic floor PT in person for a while and it helped dramatically. I then moved on with my busy life as a working mom of two. I ignored symptoms I continued to have, leakage while coughing/sneezing, tailbone pain and not being able to run. Prior to having my daughters I was a runner. I ran three marathons and countless half marathons. Running was part of my identity, but due to leakage, I wrote it off since I had no way to solve the problem.

After I confided in a colleague about the situation, she recommended that I reach out to Laura. I did so immediately! Hearth Healing has changed my life. I feel stronger than ever before AND I am able to run. Laura taught me how to be aware of my core, how to safely exercise and strengthen the muscles that needed strengthening. Being able to access the tailored program at any time of day was huge for me. I like to workout at 6am before my kids are awake. Due to my husband's travel schedule, getting out of my house is not always possible, so this was a perfect fit. After two years with Hearth Healing, I feel prepared to continue this journey on my own.

I will forever be grateful for Laura and Hearth Healing. This program taught me to prioritize myself and to be able to access a pre-kid identity that I thought was lost forever. I now participate in a running program with my older daughter and every time we go out for a run, I'm thankful.

The Hearth Healing team is so…

The Hearth Healing team is so supportive, capable, extremely educated, and incredibly encouraging. I am so thankful that I am able to have them in my corner as I prepare for birth and postpartum, and I wish every woman could have this kind of support moving through the big transition into motherhood.

Hearth took the guesswork out of…

Hearth took the guesswork out of prenatal workouts and birth prep. My program changed week to week depending on what was going on with my body and what new symptoms/aches and pains I had. I felt so good for almost all of my pregnancy and it’s because I had such great PT support at Hearth. Now that I’m postpartum I’m continuing to work with Hearth to make sure I heal and recover fully. I don’t feel anxious about the long term effects of my perineal tear because of the incredible support I’m getting!

Support on every level

Laura and Hearth are the support that every woman needs. Yes, pregnancy and postpartum pelvic floor support is important and yes, Hearth provides that at a very high level. It’s amazing. But also, Hearth gives many other layers of support that show they truly care about how you are doing physically and emotionally, and it’s because they have lived this chapter and want the absolute best for you!

A must for runners

As a runner working with Laura through pregnancy was an incredible experience. Her guidance allowed me to stay active throughout my entire pregnancy and was the reason I returned to activity successfully after an unplanned c-section.

Laura is amazing!

I am not exaggerating when I say that working with Laura has truly changed my life. I tried two other pelvic floor PTs and didn’t have great outcomes. The reason that I have improved with Hearth Healing is because Laura treats you as a whole person. She has created a system that works for working moms and she addresses not just your physical health but mental and emotional health as well. I am now back to playing racquet sports without much leakage because of Laura. I also feel good for the first time in two years because Laura suggested I get my hormones checked. Turns out I am in perimenopause which was causing me to feel exhausted, irritable and unable to sleep. She truly understands what postpartum women need and works with you to figure out how to make it work best for you. I cannot recommend Laura enough!
