I ordered products from this website and for over two months of sending emails and calling their phone number, no response was received. Just radio silence! I don't know how long it'll take but you'll be traced and tracked down since you've chosen to be a scam!

i don't know how this is a recognized shop in a developed country like the Netherlands.
They should be banned, its a lesson for me to check trust pilot before from shady store like this.
Ordered on April 1 but never received the product. Despite multiple follow-ups, they stopped responding and never refunded me, even after confirming they would. Unreliable and not to be trusted.
They are a SCAM, I ordered the Hair Bunny pills set with brush for EUR 59.95 instead they sent me Hair Gummis which is EUR 34.94 this is a price diffrence of EUR 25.01 and it took them almost 4 weeks to deliver. This is bad service and I do not recommend to shop with them. This is a SCAM page

My order is missing products, and there is noone to reach at this company. The phone is not picked up by anyone, the email bounces back from the server. I start to think this is some sort of a scam company. Ok I received my order partially, but for the part I didn't receive, there is nobody to contact!

Well how come it is scam if you recieve your order. You never contact us. We are always try to help you if there is any issue with your order.
This is my 3rd order for my salon, every time they deliver fast and I receive every time free samples.
Best quality products and deliver on time before my flight.

I complained via Trustpilot in February 2023 that I did not receive my order, despite sending payment, and received a lame excuse (not apology) from YHS in June 2024......

dat is de prijs van shampoo op het moment van uw bestelling. U heeft daarvoor betaald en we hebben u dezelfde maat gestuurd, anders accepteert het systeem de scan van een ander product niet.
No product delivered and impossible to contact them. Fingers crossed that the products arrive at one point like mentioned here but I gave up hope. Do t buy there.
Update: after having reported this case at the police they replied and sent me back my money saying the package got lost and they don’t have the produce any longer.
Avoid buying there!
