I followed the home workout programme…
I followed the home workout programme and couldn’t reccomend it highly enough. Excellent images, a clear and easy to understand plan and got the results I was hoping for. As someone lacking confidence to go to the gym this was perfect for me as I could get my work out done during any spare time I had with out leaving the house.
