Previously having been with a standard high street style accountant, they struggled to understand the complexity of my website sales, how to handle things like COGS and how to connect data from my website to the accounts software properly. They are not helpful, don't believe what they say and the other reviews, stay away from this lacklustre company, got main staff like B (Sztka) who needs better communication skills and need better equitable skills for us customers to save money.
