A clear misunderstanding on communication with a timeline deadline not being established , I had a problem with my work and ask for a redo yes I admit but please inform the client to pay again if no revision cant be done for no charge just to be fair so I am not waiting on a project I was tired of sending tons of messages after a deadline was not met. I love the work but the communication lacked for me unfortunately that lead to a review
