I have used Stephen for 3 surveys, level 2 and 3 and find him approachable and easy to communicate with as he explains everything and his rationale. I would highly recommend him.

Stephen is professional and extremely knowledgeable, the level 3 survey was completed on time with a very detailed report giving thorough details with excellent advice on how to deal with the findings.

Stephen was doing the survey on my Mum's house. I asked if he was available to do the survey for the house she was buying. She was a little bit anxious after living there for 48 years. Stephen put her at ease, was very professional, thorough and a very nice and respectful man. Slight issue with some brick work at the new property but was assured it was very minor, this turned out to be correct. Report back when he said. I would have no hesitation in recommending. Stephen went above and beyond our expectations. We instructed Stephen to carry out a survey on our now home. He accommodated us needing our survey quickly and turned the report around so timely. Excellent service and great communication.
Buying a house it is a daunting experience so to have someone who knows how to check out all the pitfalls and give you clear and concise advice, is the best thing. To also be able to explain the problems and costs involved is worth every penny. Stephen offered a great service and is a very helpful pleasant person. Will certainly use again as we didn't go for the house.
