After using YGEJ for over two years, and after multiple orders containing the wrong juice, I left my first public review and my account was blocked on their website for "being rude". Not my fault when I order Lucky Cereal and receive Lemon Cheesecake or some other random incorrect flavors multiple times. So, their customer service is complete garbage, and they cant handle customers calling them out publicly one their consistent screw ups. In addition to that, ALL of their juice starts to taste the same after a while. Every flavor begins to taste like cardboard after a few days, regardless of what flavor it started out as. Never again will I use this joke of a company.

I'm in Australia and order off them quite often and have been for around 2 years now, I've had one problem with them and a gentleman named Cory corrected it without fuss, I recommend them 100%.
The juice is always in stock, taste is on par with the best and they're always consistent with the flavour.

I do not know what everybody's talking about but I live in New Jersey and I been order It is 4 years now I never had a problem Just one time I received a broken bottle but they replace it immediately the customer service is very helpful The quali use it is good for the money you pay other many of the companies and let me tell you You got ejuice is one of the better companies to order from

I have (2) problem shipping and address issues:
1. Shipping it's coming out of Fla. I live in NJ it doesn't take 4-5 days to reach NJ when you order on a Sunday and are filling orders on Mon. But what really burn's My a** is when they get the address WRONG! after almost 4 yrs. of ordering. It wasn't like that before. I'm not into flavors like strawberry, just tobacco flavor. When I find a distributor in NY or NJ, I'm done with them!!

Low quality Ejuices. bad company must be making the Juices in the back garage. The juice crackles spits and pops which tells you the coil wont breaks down what ever additive they've put in there.Bought bannana nutbread horrible.

The worst shop ever,Im in Europe and i do online shopping for more than 10 years and this is the first time i got scammed.Over a month now and still no response on any of my emails for my parcel location or delivery.. I order from u got ejuice uk and i also contact the us site and someone told me that is going to help me...im still waiting for that help 45 days and counting.The worst customer support and unacceptable experience period.

The site and service is good, but it's not the best quality. Customer service can be improved, but overall I recommend anyone to try. Maybe someone has a different taste :)

Top quality juices, full of flavour their vanilla custard and strawberry cheesecake are so good my adv! Highly recommended check them out :)

Would not do business with. Poor quality, very very poor customer service, awful communication with long response times, will not try to work with you. You can get better juice for less money from awesome people at vapewild if you want cheap and nice. Or any vape store near you I'm sure, but I tell any and everyone to avoid business like this. Everyone I talk to gets a good laugh when I tell them my ygej story. The company is clearly ran by idiots, for idiots.

One of best ejuice brands in America. It's a vapors best friend. The quality is undeniably and the prices excellent.
