Nice way to say small things matter

I like the service. A great way to thank colleagues for daily tasks and show that even small things they do matter. Besides that, I always forget or lazy to write :) and with yougood it's just a couple of clicks, which makes it much faster and easier.

Would be cool to see if the service adds some kind of personal achievements, e. g. "you are the most grateful person of this month" or something like this :) Would make the usage more fun.
