From the first phone call to collection of the chair the staff were super helpful, empathetic and efficient. The chair is a HUGE hit with my mother and its really made such a chair to her day to day comfort.

Delivery time was brilliant and the guys who delivered went above and beyond to ensure that Mum (89years) fully understood the controls to maintain her safety.
