Excellent result

Sometimes a bit slow response from support, but result is exellent. I had a problem with Cabrinha Mantis wing after almost one year of use, and I asked support for help with changing the wing with the warranty of Cabrinha. They did all nessery work with Cabrinha and sent me new 2023 Mantis wing. Thank you guys!

Excellent store!

I bought a SUP from You Love It and had an amazing experience during the entire purchase process.

My SUP came with the wrong paddle (supplier issue). You-Love-It contacted the supplier and sent the write paddle very fast.

Highly recommended!

Customer service's rapid reaction

I ordered 3 items from You love it, but the first delivery was with only 2 of them. So I wrote an email to the customer service and they provided me the third missed item. I'm very satisfied about that. Things can happen and the goal is to react rapidly.

high quality and unbeatable prices

I live in Italy and till today I have now bought many times from this German shop. The owner Gerrit is always very kind and helpful. Orders are processed quickly, all payments methods are very safe and the products received are really excellent. The prices are unbeatable (I challenge any shop in Italy to offer these exact prices!). Total satisfaction!
