In 6 months of effective use, once or twice a week, this ION jacket has lost shape, the cuffs became much larger and the back and front black bands let water enter easily (you can see the light through now).

You Love It refused to provide a warranty for the faulty product.
I am in Italy and they believe is harder to start a legal action against them. They are wrong! I will do it.

Stay away from this dishonest company. Buy on Amazon, which always honors consumers' rights.
