Tour and experience was great, the kind of tour we were looking for, small group in a van instead of expensive cruise line excursions with bigger crowds. Views were amazing. We had enough time to visit old town, shop, eat.

Excellent way to explore Graciosa. Fabio was great. Yes the drive is bumpy but i think this is the part of the experience. El Caleton de los Arcos is the best part.

The trip contains amazing view….
The trip contains amazing views and takes you to the monastery which is beautiful and is worth going too. You also go to a beautiful beach and see some beautiful views of Corfu. Overall the whole day was amazing and would 100% recommend to anyone. Our first trip was cancelled so Fabio arranged for us to go another day and was really helpful throughout the process.

Nice people on the phone, but they only care about collecting your money: I had planned to arrive only 45 min before the tour to the island and asked them before booking, isn't it too tight to get on time to the activity? "No problem at all! only 15 min drive", and only once I arrived to the island I realized there is a huge traffic jam (like every day of course) to get out of the port. I asked what I could do, and their suggestion was: "run, run as much as you can", what kind of local guide would recommend you to risk your life on the road? Of course I missed the tour, because they were not able to wait even for 5 min. Any other suggestion for the day? "Of course, you can do this or that, but you will have to pay again". They don't own any boat, they are just intermediaries, their only added value would be to make tourists life easier, and even here they missed the point. My fault to arrive late, my fault to trust them. Run!

The time to reach Laganas beach from the main port is exactly 14 minutes (Google maps). Of course we CAN NOT predict how much traffic there will be on the road. That is absolutely your responsibility.
Have you ever been to the cinema?
Have you ever been to the theater?
Have you ever been to a football match?
Do you think they will wait 5 minutes more for you to start the show?
ARRIVING ON TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY...AND YOUR RESPONSABILITY ONLY.
How can you expect a boat full of tourists to wait for someone who wasn't able to arrive on time?
If you haven't had the education, culture and respect towards other tourists who arrived on time, you can't get angry with our call center service.
There were 16 other passengers on your boat who had the intelligence and manners to show up at the meeting point 5 minutes before departure.
They had a fantastic experience, you can read it in the many reviews that preceded yours.
On our website IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN that on our digital platform you buy the tour directly from the captain of the boat, this is to always guarantee you THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST none of our call center has ever suggested you to "RISK YOUR LIFE"
What you wrote is extremely serious. We will have this sentence reviewed by our lawyers to see if we can take legal action against you for defamation.

Excellent! Highly recommend! We had an amazing sea tour of Zakynthos. Our captain Stelios was awesome! He navigated the waves perfectly. He took us to all the sites we wanted to see and had us back in port for us to board our cruise ship. This is a must do if you visit Zakynthos. The water and landscape were unlike anything I had ever seen. This boat tour with Yotomu was definitely one of the most memorable parts of our Greek tour. We made awesome memories that we will never forget.
